My wife and I were visiting from Virginia for a weekend in Maryland with relatives. I drove into Jones Toyota Service Dept on a busy Saturday afternoon unannounced and without an appointment. The Service Dept personnel were friendly and genuinely wanted to help resolve my problem. They consulted and arrived at a solution to rid my RAV-4 of an annoying smell associated with a gasoline spillage inside the car. A De-ionizer was used for several hours and the annoying gasoline smell was gone! I was also transported to my residence for free by the Jones Junction Shuttle Van. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfying experience. Larry Kropff is to be commended. I will recommend them to anyone who asks. Oh, and by the way, I had already stopped at a different Toyota Service location earlier in the day, and they couldn't help me. Jones Toyota saved the day! More

I found a vehicle I was interested in on Jones Junction website. By luck of the draw, when I called to inquire about it, I met Brooke. She was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. I was not expecting much when I first went to see the vehicle, but was pleasantly surprised when greeted by Brooke. She advised me what was being replaced on the vehicle, the carfax was pulled to find 1 owner, and it would be available the next day for pick up! They were true to their word at every step. On my way home from picking up the vehicle, by chance, the speedometer broke while driving! I contacted Brooke and they sent a driver to pick it up from my home, repaired it, and delivered it back the same day! They truely do live by their motto and I am already a "JONES FOR LIFE!" thank you! More

This is also where we met Jason Honkofsky.We had never been to Jones before so Jason introduced us to the Jones for life philosiphy. He was eager and excited for us to experience jones and I have to say we were pleasently surprised, finally a car dealership that gets it. Customer service, Customer service, Customer service and Jason epitomizes that idea (not your typical car salesman) That man hustles, he runs not walks between all aspects of his job, we were not his only customers but he made us feel like we were. We couldn't believe what we were seeing, and we were impressed. Jason made us feel like a part of the jones family even before we committed to buying anything. He was knowledgeable and informative, we felt very comfortable that he had our best interest at heart. We ended up spending our whole labor day weekend at jones (not really what we had planned for that weekend) and purchased two vehicles from our new friend Jason.We look forward to our continuing Jones experience and to dealing with Jason for our future vehicle purchases.
