A Great Buying Experience, Again As this is the sixth vehicle that we have purchased from Jones Junction, we are obviously pleased with both the buying experience and the maintenance As this is the sixth vehicle that we have purchased from Jones Junction, we are obviously pleased with both the buying experience and the maintenance of our cars. They never pressure, but go out of their way to try to satisfy when helping you choose a vehicle. On this occasion, they did not have the exact vehicle that we wanted at the lot, but were able to locate and arrange a transfer from another dealer to get us the car we wanted, and at a price which was satisfactory to us; and they did it in one day. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and got us a great deal. We have all of our service done at Jones, and they follow the same model. They don't try to "upsale" us on maintenance, but do let us know what is coming. Workmanship has always been excellent and very timely. Just a great dealership. More

It certainly turns heads and receives high praise from family, friends and strangers alike. The entire buying process was made so easy and less stressful all due to our salesman Dave Argentieri. We had to factory order our vehicle because we wanted a particular color and interior combination with many of the options offered by Toyota. Dave went out of his way to locate a Highlander with our desired options all up and down the eastern seaboard and as far west as Indiana to no avail. Finally Dave factory ordered one, which would take 6 to 10 weeks. Of course Dave kept us informed of every milestone along the way from the factory receiving the dealer order, all through the production process to the phone call that our new Highlander had been shipped. It took a lot less time than we expected (only 5 weeks). Finally Dave called us to say “its here!) It was worth the wait. I can’t say enough about Dave Argentieri and the entire Jones Junction team for their professionalism, their dedication to their customers, and all the little perks offered by the dealership. Changed my opinion of car buying experience I hate buying a new car and dealing with the typical salesmen/swindlers, and after talking to two other MD Toyota dealers I went into Jones Toyota exp I hate buying a new car and dealing with the typical salesmen/swindlers, and after talking to two other MD Toyota dealers I went into Jones Toyota expecting the same. I initially talked to Kris (internet sales manager) who was awesome and he hooked me up with Kevin M. in the Toyota new car sales. Kevin and John Hightower laid out the initial deal including my trade in, and I told them I had to sleep on it and check with CarMax. Long story short, even CarMax couldn't come close to their trade in offer and the bottom line price on our 2014 Toyota Sienna XLE could not be beat. No pressure, great atmosphere, genuinely nice/friendly staff...enough said, and I will be glad to recommend Kevin, John and Kris to anyone who will listen. Thanks again!!! More

He was very patient and helpful in answering our questions when comparing vehicles. It took us a couple days after our initial visit to decide on the car for us. Dan did not pressure us to make a decision, he understood our needs, and was was very helpful in answering our questions. We decided on the Toyota because of the excellent customer service and the satisfaction on the final bottom line cost we received from Jones Toyota. More

The only problem was that there weren't enough finance guys, and that was something Rob had no control over. More

I was Given Steve's name from friends, and priced the vehicle at other locations, even UBS. Steve made me like a friend as soon as my wife and I walked in. Every question I had about options was either answered by Steve or he spent the time to get it for me. If Steve did not know he didn't try to play me and that's what sold us.FYI I had to tell the guys assigned me by UBS what was available for my vehicle that was a huge turn off! the price was comparable but i believe the big benefit will be in the free services.
