Had a rough experience to begin with however speaking with Ms. Waterhouse. She eased my mind about the situation. However it was just a big misunderstanding. She is definitely deserving of the position s with Ms. Waterhouse. She eased my mind about the situation. However it was just a big misunderstanding. I was told by Mr. Ramos that a new windshield gasket would be mailed to me and arrangements would be made to have it installed at a dealership closer to me. Two weeks Ramos that a new windshield gasket would be mailed to me and arrangements would be made to have it installed at a dealership closer to me. Two weeks later an no gasket has been delivered to me despite calls to Mr. Ramos. I did receive a bill from Maryland Transportation Authority for a non payment of a toll he failed to pay when delivering the truck to me. Thanks for the lie and the slap in the face. More

The service department should be called lack of service department. The service associate I had the displeasure of working with was completed inept at his job . I took my car there because the maintenance department. The service associate I had the displeasure of working with was completed inept at his job . I took my car there because the maintenance light was on and the steering wheel was making a grinding noise when I made turns . He spoke to me as if I didn't have a brain in my head and proceeded to talk down about the Koons Toyota dealership I purchased it from nor did he understand how the platinum warranty worked . I had a 11 am appointment on Monday 9/26/2022 I arrived on time for my appointment the associate was not ready for me and when I tried to explain the issue with my vehicle he talked at me not to me . My rental car wasn't there so there was more waiting .I had to wait for the other associate to drive and get my rental car . When my car was ready 2 days ltr I was told to come around 3pm to pick it up I was there shortly after 3pm he hadn't started on my paperwork so I had to stand at his desk helping him spell common everyday words while he kept telling me not to get old . Than after 15 mins standing at his desk he finally said you can wait in the waiting room . I went to wait outside on the bench . After another 15 minutes or so I walked in because I got a txt saying my car was ready. I signed for it and a female associate walked me to my car . The maintenance light wasn't turned off like promised when I drove it back in . To tell Joe the associate I been dealing with the maintenance light was still on he didn't get up from his desk but proceeded to give me the deer in the headlight look. The female associate that seemed to be doing everything reset it for him .I don't know if Joe realizes he's not glued to his chair or not but he didn't seem interested in walking me to my car or getting up and resetting the maintenance light . All in all he was a complete displeasure to work with and I'd sooner drive my car back to westminster where I purchased it from . I won't be using jones Toyota service department again. I also would not recommend it to friends or family ! More

Have taken two vehicals there and they took items off my vehicle and replaced with there logo and put holes in my bumper when there was already a license plate bracket and now they hung up on my husband as he was speaking and was rude. They also do not know there own warrenty policy. I will not take my vehicles back to them More
Unfortunately my rating is poor due to my last 2 visits to Jones Toyota. I will provide a separate rating for Mike McNelis. assisted me during one of my visits and He’s AWESOME! Very personable, profession to Jones Toyota. I will provide a separate rating for Mike McNelis. assisted me during one of my visits and He’s AWESOME! Very personable, professional! One thing I can say is the few visits I’ve had, I never waited long. I recently had a bad week that started with a nail in my tire. Went to Jones Toyota and they plugged the hole. When I Purchased the car I purchased the tire and wheel plan due to the number of miles I travel for work. 6 days later, I heard a loud pop on my way to get my son from aftercare. The psi went from 37 to 4 immediately, so I pulled over on the highway. Had to make last minute arrangements for childcare pick up before I could call Toyota’s Roadside Assistance. I was unhappy because if my tire was replaced at the first visit, maybe this wouldn’t have happened. Assistance came and placed my donut on the car. When I made it home, booked an appointment for the next morning for service. Before I left I took a pic of the hole. By the size, I knew for sure they wouldn’t patch it again. I wish I post a picture of the hole. I’m sure my finger could easily fit. So I arrive at the dealership, and the tech said alright I’ll get you priced for a tire. I said “I have the protection plan”. We got to my table ink, he looked at the hole and said they can probably plug that. I said PLUG?! I was just here and they plugged it last week. Sounds deceitful bc you were just about to quote me for a tire before looking at it. He said we’ll take a look at, take a seat- I’ll be in. I waited and received a text that my car was done. Get to the counter, another rep was there to check me out- they plugged it again. Never stopped in the waiting area to discuss what they were doing. I didn’t sign anything that said yes plug the tire. I just signed to check out. To make matters worse, I did not have time to go back and forth at that moment bc I had to attend the funeral of a family member. So I left- almost went back but full of mixed emotions. I called my salesman from Heritage in Catonsville and explained the situation to him. I was told that they should not have plugged the tire especially twice when I have the protection. He said due to the fact that the tire was repaired by Jones, it voids me being able to get a new tire. I was distraught. I drive way too many miles a day and have children, I did not feel safe with a double plugged tire. His manager offered to order a tire for me and replace it under Good Faith due to the circumstances. I am forever grateful for Heritage Toyota. I also want to add that I live in Harford county so I went to Jones because they are much closer than Catonsville. This experience has turned me off from ever being serviced by Jones. It’s unfortunate that I have to write this. I purchased tire and wheel protection knowing I’d be covered in an emergency like this. It’s one thing to plug a small hole but to have the tire pop and plug it again seems deceiving. I called Heritage Toyota praying that they would be able to help and they did. Jones Toyota really needs to honor protection plans and should never service a car without having the customer sign and agree to the service. Luckily this did not end worse for me behind the wheel. I came in right on time for my scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I pulled in and the lane attendant took my information and said a Service Advisor would come and talk to me and dire an oil change and tire rotation. I pulled in and the lane attendant took my information and said a Service Advisor would come and talk to me and directed me to the customer lounge. After 45 minutes of NO ONE coming to talk to me I went in to the lane to ask. I figured I’d start with the people socializing at the desk; there was my guy! He said the car would be another hour because the shop was backed up but he’d do what he could to make it faster - like he made it a point to come talk to me at all. I explained that I’m flexible with time, I just needed to know that what I needed done he was aware of and to get an update. While I sat in the lounge I watched several customer service flops - 1. Talking to customers while walking away from them to get to something else... 2. oh, there’s a transmission issue... it’ll be another 2 hours... with no mention or concern for the customers time 3. Sales person complaining about a customer trade in lead Jones does what it does and leaves it at the door. More
