Been buying from them for years- 2 4runners, Sienna, Tundra and Tacoma and just like everyone else you close a deal with their salesperson. You dont deal with manager/s but when something is wrong the m Tundra and Tacoma and just like everyone else you close a deal with their salesperson. You dont deal with manager/s but when something is wrong the manager tells you that a salesperson is not a manager and refused to honor our deal. Sold a Tundra truck and traded a Porsche car then then management made it as both cars as trade in and then refused to help further after a bad review. Salesperson wont even take a call anymore as directed by management. Do yourself a favor and sell your car/truck to Carmax- you will have your check in 1 hour and not 2 weeks. HORRIBLE experience!
