This is our fourth vehicle from Jones Ford and we drove from payson 2+ hours to buy from them. They were very responsive and gave us a good deal even though had to order the F150 from Ford to get what we w from payson 2+ hours to buy from them. October 19, 2022, 1344hrs, I was shown discrimination towards myself and my service animal, a Veteran with a disability with a service animal. Was also shown racial discrimination. I was rudely and made towards myself and my service animal, a Veteran with a disability with a service animal. Was also shown racial discrimination. I was rudely and made felt uncomfortable this day by employees of this establishment. There were 5 employees, one whom I thought was helping me, later finding out I wasn’t even acknowledged at all. Instead I was observed by a lady in an office shoving her face with food and just staring at me so I thought but apparently she was looking thru me. When I told what happened to an employee named Whisper, she played it off as if this attitude and behavior is common practice. During our conversation I felt that what I had to tell her and how their establishment made me feel along with my service animal was a joke. I do not recommend any Veteran with or without a disability and one of a different race other than what the employees want to acknowledge, go to or even put money into an establishment that practices such discrimination. More
Tried to have my f 350 repaired at the body shop. After 4 months of get the run around and excuses my truck was totaled so I could move on . I would not recommend this body shop to any one!! Need service - STAY AWAY! 02/21/22 (Monday) car overheats on my way to a convention in Las Vegas. Dropped it off and was told I would be contacted. Tuesday PM no call so I 02/21/22 (Monday) car overheats on my way to a convention in Las Vegas. Dropped it off and was told I would be contacted. Tuesday PM no call so I leave a message. Wednesday PM no call so I call - water pump needs replacing. Thursday PM no call so I call - car is ready. Friday, drive to Wickenburg, bill was for $755. Leave Wickenburg for Phoenix and car overheats around Lake Pleasant. Contact Jones, "I need the car here" was all I got. My car has overheated - the same problem I had brought it into Jones the 1st time and got billed $755! They send out a tow truck and a rental ($40/day) so I can get back home. Monday PM (02/28) call, leave a message. Tuesday (03/01) drive to Wickenburg to drop off rental - $160 for non-repair related expense. Talked to service manager since I can't seem to get a response from the service advisor. Now the problem is a blown head gasket and they will get me quote. This time they give me a loaner. Wednesday PM I get a call from the service advisor with a repair quote. But he tells me that I might as well get an engine replacement! From a water pump, to a blown head gasket, to an engine replacement! No thank you - I arrange to have the car towed to a local REPUTABLE repair shop. I arrive at Jones only to be slapped with a $300 towing fee! I was told they road tested the car so the water pump job was good. I didn't realize their repair warranty has a time limit of 30 minutes. So in summary, ! take my car in for overheating, spend $755 for repairs, the car overheats again and I spend another $460 for a bad diagnosis! The point is they are the experts and when they say they fixed the car it should be fixed. Their argument was that the water pump issue is not related to the blown head gasket and that they had no idea what I had done to the car. Apparently it's my fault they didn't correctly diagnose and fix the problem and for that I must pay $460! STAY AWAY! More

My wife and I have been buying a new vehicle about every 2 to 3 years for a very long time and the purchase of our new 2020 Ford Ranger at Jones Ford in Wickenburg was the best new car sales experience we h 2 to 3 years for a very long time and the purchase of our new 2020 Ford Ranger at Jones Ford in Wickenburg was the best new car sales experience we have ever had. I requested information about a specific vehicle that they had in inventory and had an almost immediate response from the general manager and a sales representative. I asked the sales rep several more questions and all were answered very quickly including questions that he needed info from the service department in order to respond. My wife and I drove to Wickenburg the next day to do a test drive and get a trade in offer on our current car. The initial offer was acceptable and we purchased the new Ranger. We completed the entire transaction in less than two hours. The sales rep was Rick Van Hazel. Finance was excellent also. What a great car dealership. The 40 mile drive was well worth it. More

Took it to other shop it was universal joints cost 585 and no vibration. I’m sure had they replaced rear axle for 6200 they then would need more to fix joints. More
