I’ve bought two of my previous vehicles from Johnson Ford, so over the last 4 years that is the dealership I have dealt with. Out of the 4 years I’ve been going there, I have to say, I haven’t had many Ford, so over the last 4 years that is the dealership I have dealt with. Out of the 4 years I’ve been going there, I have to say, I haven’t had many issues, if any at all. I like the staff a lot, especially Travis (who is relatively new). He always goes above and beyond. Travis never forgets to call me back and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied. Travis stayed after hours on a FRIDAY to call the warranty company, instead of waiting until Monday, so I am able to get my car fixed as quick as possible. That to me is great customer service. I really love my Ford Edge that I bought at Johnson Ford, I wish it could last forever! More

I purchased a 2020 F350 in November of 2020 and so far I'm pleased with my purchase and the service after the sale has been great!
