In a very unusual situation, Johnson Ford’s sales manager Bryan jumped right in and I was on a new car in about 8 hours. Brian in the showroom followed up answering all my questions. Even the financial officer was extremely well prepared and easy to work with. Johnson Ford is in Pittsfield MA. I owned my 2022 Edge for less than a year and Sarat Ford in Agawam MA where the car was purchased, never even returned my numerous phone calls. Sarat receives a rating of 1 star, especially Liz in service. I am grateful to the Johnson Ford team! More
