In all my years buying cars and trucks from various dealerships, I have never been made to feel like anything but a number. Most of whatever courtesy I got was quite obviously generated for the sole re dealerships, I have never been made to feel like anything but a number. Most of whatever courtesy I got was quite obviously generated for the sole reason of getting me to part with my cash. I actually found Johnson Ford/Lincoln/mercury/nissan by an internet search accident (kept the search radius broad) while researching a new Nissan Frontier. I was contacted within an hour from sending my inquiry by a most pleasant salesperson. Other dealerships (4) took days to get back to me and kept giving me the runaround when discussing prices. The salesperson from Johnson was willing to give me attractive prices and vehicle options right away. I got the feeling that I was being taken care of and not "taken". Upon my first visit to the dealership for the "talk and testdrive" I was impressed by how genuine the staff seemed. Everyone there was very laid back and easy to talk to yet very professional. They really did everything in their power to get me the vehicle I wanted and treated me with courtesy and respect the whole time. I never once felt pressured. They even worked with a local credit union to get me financed at a lower rate than my own credit union was offering. They didn't have to do that, but did, and all with a smile. Upon getting my vehicle I was impressed by how much the salesperson knew about the vehicle and walked me through all the bells and whistles until I was comfortable with everything. She even walked me around the dealership and personally introduced me to all the service staff. Who by the way are just as great and helpful. Service is great, prompt, and done right. I drove 35miles out of my way to visit this dealership even when I have 4 others within 15min. away, and I gladly do so for my service, and I'll do it again when it comes time for another purchase. Outstanding experience! And that doesn't come lightly from me. I have since told many friends and relatives to check them out as well. Not many places like this left around. More
