The actual day we bought the car was pretty straightforward and good. But any follow up that we’ve tried to initiate since then has been extremely frustrating. We’ve tried to get in contact about promises that were made to us about certification, changes to coverage, and other minor requests via phone call, text, and email to multiple employees. When we have gotten responded to, we’ve been passed off to another employee, told to wait, and ultimately left without answers. It has been over a week since we purchased the car, and we have yet to actually have someone resolve our concerns. More

I was a little hesitant to get back into the driver's seat with all of the troubles that have been occurring this year, but the team at John Eagle Honda of Dallas were able to aid me in moving past those seat with all of the troubles that have been occurring this year, but the team at John Eagle Honda of Dallas were able to aid me in moving past those troubles with a smooth car leasing process! I've been communicating with Eric Collier prior to me coming to the dealership, and by the conclusion of our in-person appointment on August 16th I realized that I had just received world class customer service & professionalism. He was able to explain the process of leasing another vehicle from the dealership, and addressed all of my concerns. Patience, comprehension, active listening, personable, fairness, and thoroughness are a few words that can characterize Eric as a salesperson. He was able to show me the correct car after receiving my budget and a few key words. At the end of the day, I never had a more pleasing experience with a salesperson than with Eric. Special shout out to the Finance Manager that brought the whole process to a conclusion, the great Mr. Jishai Lawrence! He explained the financial aspect better than my first leasing experience with John Eagle Honda of Dallas - I was aware of factors/items that wasn't brought to my attention below. Jishai kept his composure after the numerous back to back questions about my new lease contract - the guy knows his stuff! When it comes to finances, there wouldn't be anybody else that I would sit down. Overall, this dealership has a team that works together effortlessly and I noticed that the customer is always their main priority. I look forward to renewing my lease already! More

This dealership is the worst with confirmations, responses, and follow ups. I traded in a vehicle on August 5th and to date, a MONTH LATER they have not paid off the trade in, causing me to get hit responses, and follow ups. I traded in a vehicle on August 5th and to date, a MONTH LATER they have not paid off the trade in, causing me to get hit with a payment for a vehicle THEY HAVE! No one responds to contact attempts of messages and voicemails being left. They sent me a survey reflecting a GM who hasn't been with the dealership in a few years! They are the worst to follow through with actual business! I do not recommend doing business with this dealership at all, ever! So, be warned and steer clear. More
