Worst car buying experience ever! ! I purchased a new car and traded mine in at this dealership. It has been 19 days since that transaction took place and my loan on the trade-in has ! I purchased a new car and traded mine in at this dealership. It has been 19 days since that transaction took place and my loan on the trade-in has yet to be paid off and I’m currently past due on my payment. Jishai in the finance office has no sense of urgency in getting this handled. He ignores messages from me and he no longer answers his phone. I tried calling to speak with Ron (the dealership manager) and I get transferred to random people’s voice mails. I was told two days ago that they would be overnighting a check that day and would be provided tracking. I never got a tracking number and now I’m told the check wasn’t sent until yesterday. I asked for tracking repeatedly, and now I’m told that tracking won’t be available until after 1 today. Still have no tracking information. I have never been treated so badly by a car dealership and I WILL NEVER buy another thing from this dealership. I have owned Hondas for 38 years and this dealership will never receive another dime from me as long as I live. I will also tell everyone I know how awful it is. More
