They had the car I wanted for my daughter and I understand used cars are as is but I did not find out until after I paid cash for my vehicle it only came with one key and no push button FOB. John Eagle Honda helped me do my Maintenance check up in a very speedy timely matter. I’m super appreciative of how quickly they received me and how welcoming their staff was. I called a couple days before coming to visit and spoke with a lovely Patricia on the phone. When I went to actually visit, her customer service was more than I could’ve asked for. So they are very slow and not very nice overall. Also didn’t tell me till I arrived at the dealership about a diagnostic fee. Which is ridiculous when I bought a car from you and have a warranty. The manager at this location is exactly why car salespeople often get a bad reputation. I was waiting for a call to confirm the amount I needed to pay as a deposit, but before I ever heard back, th salespeople often get a bad reputation. I was waiting for a call to confirm the amount I needed to pay as a deposit, but before I ever heard back, they sold the vehicle to someone else. This shows a serious lack of integrity and professionalism. I hope not all John Eagle locations operate this way, but I’ll never find out—this experience was enough to ensure I won’t return. More
