It is almost impossible to speak to anybody other than the receptionist or scheduling and IMPOSSIBLE to get a return call.. They do not seem to care. Our Honda had a recall and we made the appointment in advance. Vehicle towed in day prior to appointment due to warning lights, service said they would check car during recall appointment. Called 6-7 times to make sure car was received and all set - was told someone would call with update, including a voicemail to Marcus Yates the service manager; Not a single return call. Day of appointment we received a text and a list of 9 repairs required. Husband called to discuss and find out cause of warning lights; he did finally speak to someone and we declined all repairs except for the recall work. Was told part not coming until the next day (Saturday) and they would let us know estimated completion. Called them mid-afternoon for an update since we hadn't heard anything and was informed vehicle wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. Asked to speak to service adviser (Stan) and was connected but call went to voicemail. Still have not heard anything from dealership after calling service manager again. Appalling. More

I shared the vehicles I had seen online, and he went to work right away. We test-drove a few options while staying mindful of my target budget. When I mentioned my previous negative online experience, both the salesman and the representative involved went above and beyond to make things right. I had identified three specific vehicles on their website and was prepared to purchase within a very short timeframe. Unfortunately, my experience with the dealership's sales process and follow-up was extremely disappointing. I initially spent **at least 30 minutes communicating through the dealership's online chat**. I provided detailed information about the vehicles I was interested in, (color, stock number, vin number etc... my budget, my military/veteran status, my status as an educator, and the fact that I already had financing approval through Navy Federal Credit Union. The biggest problem was that the information I provided during that conversation apparently was **not properly passed along to the salesperson**. Instead of the salesperson receiving the complete conversation and background information, I received a call from the sales representative who proceeded to ask me for much of the same information I had already spent 30 minutes providing to the chat representative. That was frustrating, but I was still willing to move forward. I specifically asked the salesperson to provide me with his email address so I could send him the information I had already provided and give him the complete background and context of what I was looking for. He told me, **"I'm sending you my email now."** Nothing was sent. There was no email. There was no follow-up call. There was no text. There was no attempt to reconnect or continue the conversation. The salesperson simply ended the call. I then took the initiative to send another message specifically addressing the salesperson and explaining what I was looking for in a vehicle. After that? **Crickets.** No response. No follow-up. Nothing. What makes this particularly disappointing is that I wasn't simply shopping casually. I had identified specific vehicles, had a clearly defined budget, had financing already approved through Navy Federal Credit Union, and communicated that I was prepared to purchase between the end of the week and the following week if we could reach an agreement. **The issue wasn't that they couldn't meet my price. We didn't event discuss pricing The issue was that they didn't appear interested enough to have the conversation. The entire purpose of an online chat and sales process should be to make the customer's experience easier—not make the customer repeat the same information multiple times and then chase down a salesperson for a response. A better process would have been simple: take the information from the chat, provide it to the salesperson, have the salesperson review it before calling, and then contact the customer prepared to discuss the vehicles and numbers. Instead, I spent 30+ minutes providing information, had to repeat that information to a salesperson, was told an email was coming that never arrived, and then received absolutely no follow-up after I reached out again. **John Eagle Honda may have some good vehicles and competitive pricing, but based on my experience, the sales communication and follow-up process needs significant improvement.** When someone tells you they are ready to buy and gives you everything you need to earn their business, at minimum, **communicate with them.** More
