Most of our dealings were with Mr. Sanchez. Mr. Bobby Maher provided assistance with the finalization of our purchase. He was very pleasant, professional, and patient as well. Upon picking up the car to driving it home, Mr. Maher sat in the car with us and set up our phone Bluetooth hands-free link and he took the time to show us the details of each feature in the car and answered all of our questions. Both gentlemen were very professional and easy to work with. We also appreciated the Dealer's loaner program which allowed us to drive the loaner home while waiting for the service department to install the extras on our new car. The whole experience was smooth, from the purchasing to the financing. We also think John Eagle Acura's customer service stands out above the other dealers in Houston. Their processes were organized, fast, and efficient while providing a pleasant purchasing experience for the customer. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

Pete was very patient with us, having been with us for 12 test drives for the Acura 2017 RDX and 2017 TLX. Also, he gave thorough explanations of the features included in the car and was very honest in his answers to our questions about how often features are utilized as well as the resale value of the car based on color. He was very respectful to us and made us feel so welcome as this was our first time to any Acura dealership. His interpersonal communication skills are top-notch and his answers to our many questions were very thoughtful. He also gave us a personalized tour of the facility as to how we would utilize the services if we come for servicing or car washes. Overall, Pete was superb and especially to any other Costco members out there, Pete is the best to work with, as Acura's John Eagle Houston dealership was an overall wonderful experience for us. Travis was very good at explaining all the various options that we have and has excellent interpersonal communication skills. He was very honest with us and was very thoughtful of answering our questions in a very informative manner.
