Even after the sale was completed he took time to show us how to use the technologies inside the car making sure all our questions regarding it were answered. Fantastic service and very knowledgable! Pete Sanchez assisted me in finding the Acura MDX verses the RDX. He was able to learn a few needs I would have for the car. Very Dissatisfied I purchased a 2013 ILX from TJ it was a cold and rainy day. The price was negotiated on the phone. I trusted TJ my mistake the front end and hood have been painted poorly and the sunroof is rusted. The whole experience with TJ was just unprofessional. More

Pete Sanchez took time to ex My first visit was to get a preliminary understanding of the Acura RDX. We were initially interested in a pre-owned car. Pete Sanchez took time to explain to us the various features of the car, showed us the difference between a 2015 and 2016/2017. he showed us the 4 cars that were available in 2015. We took the info home to digest. We did more looking and next day we found more vehicles on the website. We met again with Pete and showed him what we found. He right away mentioned to us there was an error in the mileage of the 2015 he gave us the info previous day. We expressed interest in looking at certified 2017 we saw on the web site. He suggested we consider a new vehicle if the difference in value was not significant, and we did. We came to an agreement on the final price and we decided to move forward with a new 2017. Pete was very professional and thorough during the whole process. There was no pressure. Of course we were a easy very customer since we made a very quick decision to purchase the car. After the test drive, he went through the features and controls on the car. He offered to spend more time with us whenever we wanted to. Tom Chau, the finance manager was also very professional and went through the various warranty and financing options. More

Sloppy work and uncaring attitude When I had my car serviced here, 1. They left all the tools that came with the car scattered in the back of the trunk. 2. When negotiating for the car they took me into a back.room where they attempted to change both the price and the interest rate . They then insisted I buy features I didn't want and I threatened to report them for shady practices 3. When taking the car in for service, they harrassed me to sell my car to them and buy the new model 4. Work is not done when promised 5. When the keys stopped working they had me buy an Acura battery for the key when really the key required re-programming. 6. When you ask to speak with the service manager they say he will call you back but he never does Don't use John Eagle Acura. Go somewhere else and avoid being hassled. More
