Service manager for oil changes was not professional at all, didn't care that I had an appointment for service at all. I made an 11am appointment for an oil change and he said it was a 2hr wait and I can l all, didn't care that I had an appointment for service at all. I made an 11am appointment for an oil change and he said it was a 2hr wait and I can leave and come back to pick up my truck, I told him I made a 11am appointment and he shrugged his shoulders and said I have to wait 2hrs with no regard that I made the appointment over a week ago. I suggest anyone go to another dealer for service More
STAY AWAY. The used car dept is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with in the 40 years of buying cars. They gave me a “out the door price” by email, this was to include everything. When I sat down to sign ever dealt with in the 40 years of buying cars. They gave me a “out the door price” by email, this was to include everything. When I sat down to sign the papers there was a extra $2500 for dealer prep, this was above another $2200 for dealer fees. I got so frustrated after an hour of arguments, I paid it. The Onstar was working so I brought back the next day. The car sat there for 1 week and told me it was the Onstar module that was bad and Cadillac had to install it and it would cost me over $850. I told them that was on them and it was brought up when I signed the papers. Long story short after at least 15 calls, texts and cell calls to the Sales mgr, the salesman, General mgr and parts dept, the service dept finally got it fixed. This dealer has no customer service at all, they never answer a call it always goes to voice mail. There is no compassion for the customer at all. Rick in the Service Dept was the only person I could depend on to follow up. If I could give them a zero or less I would More
I purchased an extended warranty with my 2014 Jeep Sahara in July of 2019. I recently sold my Jeep and was informed by the warranty company to contact Joey Accardi to start the process of cancellation. I in July of 2019. I recently sold my Jeep and was informed by the warranty company to contact Joey Accardi to start the process of cancellation. I have called daily (4 days in a row), left a message at the finance department, with the operator, and finally with the manager of Joey Accardi. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! What kind of customer service is this??? The warranty company has now instructed me to write them an email detailing the dealership's lack of response and they will handle for me. If a dealership cannot return telephone calls, how can they expect to have repeat customers. They just lost a customer. DO NOT GO TO JOEY ACCARDI More
Joey Accardi is the worse stealership ever. My widow mother's car was stolen and we needed to cancel the extended warranty. After three days of phone call run around from the sales people, I finally got mother's car was stolen and we needed to cancel the extended warranty. After three days of phone call run around from the sales people, I finally got through to Marc in the finance office who sent me a cancel form that he would sent to the extended warranty company. Explaining it would take approx. 3 months. After 6 months I called the extended warrant company who stated they NEVER received the cancel form from .Joey Accardi. What a bunch of thieves!!! More
I am in the market of trading in a used vehicle for newer but used vehicle. I attempted with online notifications about jeeps in my area. Car Fax bombarded my email with notifications. Joey Acardi dealership but used vehicle. I attempted with online notifications about jeeps in my area. Car Fax bombarded my email with notifications. Joey Acardi dealership came up on Car Fax with some very affordable prices and quality vehicles. There was a Jeep latitude in excellent condition, low mileage, clean. The ONLINE price was $12,200.00, very attractive. When I got to the dealership I was told the actual price was $17K + with my payoff for my BMW. This did not add up. I asked the salesman to get me the numbers for a contract as I gave him a affordable price range for me monthly and left. As soon as I walked out I received a text "I think we can meet your number" great! The deal for them was that in order to meet my number I had to finance with Joey Acardi/ Citi bank, reputable financing, great, 5.5% interest on $15,300.00, $1000. 00 down, pay off on the BMW $2000.00 and get a trade in credit of $2000.00 for the BMW. The deal for me was they were going to beat my finance company (Navy Federal) by .5% over 75 months. This was doable since my credit is in the high 7 hundreds. I could see myself in this vehicle by week’s end, great looking vehicle for a 60 year old Veteran just trying to get back and forth to work. I did have two (2) requests, 1 was for them to at least give me a spare tire for the Jeep since there wasn't one in the vehicle and, well you are a Jeep dealer (I was told I could get one for fifty ($50.00) dollars somewhere else). The other request was to please explain to me how the marketed asking price went from $12,200.00 to $17k, to $15,300.00? I later returned to the dealership after work (late evening) with hopes to advance the deal/paperwork (license, insurance info) I was then introduced to a finance manager who again read to me the numbers they had on paper with a green sharpie, still, nothing itemized or exact fee allocations. I soon left because the numbers were still not adding up, I was tired, and they were closing. I called one more time the next day to get some clarity and assurance that ALL the numbers were valid. The gentleman said to me again all was good and then stated that they have just dropped the price again and attempted to explain their pricing and how there are additional fees in print for online pricing (down in the unseen details) that are not factored into the upfront advertised price. Even after tax, tag, title transfer, maybe a dealer fee. I was left with the question of why there was a three (3) thousand dollar difference from the online asking price. I was at work and could not stay on the call very long but had made an agreement to come in my next off day with proof of insurance (full coverage) and close the deal. 20 minutes later I received a text quote "hello just letting you know that I just sold that vehicle". My lesson here is to become more competent of the online sites and to have someone help me with my future online searches. More
Stay away from a sales manager Jesus, unless you want to be treated really rude and disrespectful. The General Manager did not return none of my multiple calls and voice messages. BUYERS BEWARE!!!This dealership is just downright BUYERS BEWARE!!! This dealership is just downright awful! Unfortunately we were victims of fraud with Joey Accardi during this pandemic. They change BUYERS BEWARE!!! This dealership is just downright awful! Unfortunately we were victims of fraud with Joey Accardi during this pandemic. They changed the vehicle purchase and made it $2000 more than listed and promised, pressured us into signing the contract, and sold us a bad vehicle. When we told them we didn't want to make a deal, we were intimidated and were pressured into signing when we knew in our hearts, something was wrong. Unfortunately after hours of being in the dealership we were not in the right mind after all the mental coercion they caused us. We have contacted the fraud department and will be making this a civil matter. It will cost us $600 to fix our brakes and rotors. Buyers, you have options!!!!!!!! Don't make a first payment and fraudulent dealerships have to buy the car back causing them a loss. It will hurt your credit but you can dispute it. Also, you are able to have protestors EVERY single holiday making buyers aware of the bad business deal they will get. You just cannot have them on their property. ;) Justice can be served friends.
