Van was not rinsed off or anything. Most car delealerships that I have ever gone to do this. Maybe we should hae waited a couple more hours before picking it up. More
Very disappointed they didn't have a loaner vehicle available. My service agreement when buying my vehicle one would be available when needed. I now wonder if they promised me something to buy the vehi available. My service agreement when buying my vehicle one would be available when needed. I now wonder if they promised me something to buy the vehicle and never intended to live up to that promise. I do want to complement Bubba my service technician. He keep me very informed on the status of me repair, which was very appreciated. More

SocI called and scheduled an appointment to drop off my Durango to br fixed. The service writer told me it would take 3 to 4 hours to fix. Since it was the end of the day when dropped my vehicle off, I figured that it would be ready by the end of the next day. The following day, my husband called to get the status on my vehicle and was informed that my vehicle was not fixed because the part was not in and it had to be ordered and it would take 2 to 5 business days for the part to get to the dealership. I’m disappointed because they lied to my case manager about having the part and then they were going to hold my vehicle at Jimmy Britt for days. They were not going to tell me what was going on with my Durango. I’m a busy working Mom and I don’t have a back up car to ride around in until they get the part in and fix the Durango. So, I went and picked up my Durango and the service writer said that they would call me when they got the part in and gave no apology or nothing. Very disappointed. More
