Service is slow. Appointments always take over an hour. So I don’t understand why set an appointment if yu not leaving after 2 hours or more just for an oil change an Appointments always take over an hour. Initial recall repair failed due to mechanic not performing work correctly. Vehicle was missing bolts and fasteners. Required another two weeks in the shop. Order new tires for F150 on Monday and pay for. Not one employee order the tires into I came in 5 days later. Waited for hours to finally get the tires mounted. The truck rims are scratch.
