Went in for oil change and tire rotation, paid for the service, I checked to see if the tire rotation was done and it was not done at all, they knew it was suppose to be done but just didn’t do it. The se service, I checked to see if the tire rotation was done and it was not done at all, they knew it was suppose to be done but just didn’t do it. The service manager didn’t even try to make it right, she just told me she will refund the tire rotation and I could be on my way. This was after she reviewed the camera. I have purchased 5 brand new vehicles from Jimmy Britt but now I will never go back there again, you just lost a great customer! More

Slow on timing told me I would be there for at least hour and a half, ended up being there for 4 hours. After I told the person I had business to handle. After it was done it was just sitting outside as in i and a half, ended up being there for 4 hours. After I told the person I had business to handle. After it was done it was just sitting outside as in if I wasn’t not already there long enough already waiting for my vehicle. Not to mention this was for something that they told me that was already done the day after the vehicle was on their lot for four days after purchase. So if you have something to do 10/10 wouldn’t recommend going to jimmy britt before handling it. More
