I bought my 2024 Jeep gladiator in August 2024 and I am finally realizing that is time to write my reviews, even as I am STILL waiting for an issue to be resolved as of this date JANUARY 19, 2025. Our sale finally realizing that is time to write my reviews, even as I am STILL waiting for an issue to be resolved as of this date JANUARY 19, 2025. Our salesman JT was great until we made the purchase. Then he was nonexistent. We added several things to the truck that should never have taken as long as it did. We got a complete runaround, and only when we called incessantly did they bother to give us any kind of fake answer. It took 22 days for us to get the jeep and upon delivery, it had an empty gas tank, ripped leather, stains from where they tried to clean it (??), gouges on the emergency brake handle, In my free subscriptions to Sirius and Uconnect were half over by then. Attempts to speak with a manager, we met with other salesmen housing as managers, until finally, we did speak with a real manager who rectified a few things. To the date, we are still waiting for our new brake handle, and we had to get our leather fixed on our own with them simply sending us a check to cover labor. Never a follow up call or anything. Unprofessional all the way, and we will not recommend nor return to this dealer. More
