Hannah was great. However, received vehicle back with low tire pressure light still on due to 4 different tire pressures so obviously the tech never checked tire press However, received vehicle back with low tire pressure light still on due to 4 different tire pressures so obviously the tech never checked tire pressure. Two hours wait time for a simple oil change and tire rotation is a little much but waiting area was nice. I believe they may have been short on help but keeping the customer updated on the progress would have been nice. I will try them again on my next service. More

They went out of their way to pick my truck up and delivered it back to my home 75 miles away and did the repairs on a truck under warranty I had just purchased from them that displayed the check engi delivered it back to my home 75 miles away and did the repairs on a truck under warranty I had just purchased from them that displayed the check engine warning light caused from a faulty catalytic converter and also furnished me an extra key fob that was missing after it was traded in without extra charge.
