Thank you for your review. We're sorry for the miscommunication - Mazda sent us the wrong part and the technician did not discover this until it was unboxed. For this reason, we extended your loaner vehicle (which we contract with Enterprise to provide) another day until we could complete the repair. While we able to provide you with a courtesy loaner for this repair, insurance is an optional add on at Enterprise. Got your canned "Thank you for reaching out..." response. I also got a call from your dealership. I told the person calling that it was a matter of honesty. He said you were having some problems with your people. Not honoring a specifically agreed upon price points to a serious flaw. I would think more than a "thank you for reach out" is required... If I could deduct a point for this, I would.
