We went up there because they had a Rav 4 in a color we hadn't seen before at other dealers. When the salesman came out I told him exactly what vehicle we wanted to see, color, year, and even trim level!! hadn't seen before at other dealers. When the salesman came out I told him exactly what vehicle we wanted to see, color, year, and even trim level!!!! He told that that Rav 4 had a deposit and they couldn't sell it to us. So I asked to just see the color!!!!! What does he do---takes us over to look at a 2019 that wasn't the color or year, so I repeat my self, can we see that vehicle. What does he do next??? He goes out on the lot to all the Rav4's, I ask him which one?? Well it wasn't there either!!! Now I'm starting to get irritated and asked once again, can we see that vehicle. So he takes back inside to get the keys from the manager gets a key to bring it upfront. While he was gone the manager tries to sell us the 2019 Rav4 AGAIN, I said I didn't want that CAR!!!!! When the salesman get back he is driving another Rav4 in a total different color AGAIN!!! What is wrong with him trying to sell me the wrong car and he says "well it is just like that one". That did it, I just ask him "DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND ENGLISH". We just turned around and left. The game these deals play and what do they expect the out come to be, pull one over on suckers?? I WON'T EVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Went for a test drive he was awesome (Wavin) very respectful and and very knowledgeable. He then got info and within 20 minutes we were talking to Craig which worked his magic he was so respectful and nice got the numbers where. I needed them and in another 15 minutes I was introduced to Michael in finance. He was Great as well he helped me to decide on the warranty that would best suite me. And he go me out in about 20 minutes so total I was out and headed home in about 1.5 hours pretty impressive. Thanks again and I will definitely refer people to your dealership. More
