Once I entered into the service garage, greeted by Michael very professional and escorted me to the service agent that was handling my maintenance paperwork which was TJ. TJ very professional in goin Michael very professional and escorted me to the service agent that was handling my maintenance paperwork which was TJ. TJ very professional in going over my service order, very knowledgeable with all aspects of maintenance that was going to be done on my SUV and explained everything to me along with the cost, plus talked to me about if other issued arises he would talk to me before any cars work performed. TJ also said explained to me that my next maintenance service is major 60,000 miles and what all is required which was good so I would know ahead what the specter price would be without having surprises. As I waited in the service lounge I noticed how all the service agents work as a team, Sha service manager was out there to assist any service agent when needed. The service department staff wore mask, maintained the social distancing while ensuring their customers still received the best customer service. 100% great service! More
My wife was in need of a new vehicle and we dreaded the hassle of dealing with a salesman. So as usual God was with us and sent out Marwan Shahin. Marwan greeted us with a smile and the keys to go test drive the 4 Runner we were wanting to purchase. He had an amazing sense of humor, very understanding, and met all of our needs. The price we decided on never changed, we agreed on exactly what price we were told with no hidden fees. He was such a kind christian man. I would highly recommend Marwan to anyone wanting an honest deal. More
If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. These people are the absolute scourge of the planet. My mother looked at a 2017 Nissan Maxima there and I was helping her look at the car. Tommy Irisoanga people are the absolute scourge of the planet. My mother looked at a 2017 Nissan Maxima there and I was helping her look at the car. Tommy Irisoanga took my number and called me 2 days after looking at the car and offered it for 26,000 (had originally offered 26,400). They then texted me 6 hours after the call earlier in the day and offered the car for 23,000 if we were still interested. At this point we were almost 70 miles from them and opted to drive out there. After driving 70 miles out there and turning down a car we were looking at, Tommy Irisoanga told us that they would not honor the $23,000 price that they told me due to a "typo". I got the manager out there and showed him the message and the manager proceeded to say that they thought we were talking about another car (one that wasn't even on the lot the day we looked at the maxima, and was never mentioned before). So we got a family member on the phone that is in law and he put us on a conference call with the manager. The manager told him he'd do $25,000 even and asked us to come inside. Once we got in, he took back what he said and told us he'd go no lower than 25,500 and that he never said $25,000 even. We told him he was a liar and that we were on the conference (he had no clue we listened to him) and he looked shocked. They are liars and crooks. I will NEVER use these trash people ever for anything. Absolute garbage human beings work there More

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!!! I purchased a car 2 months ago from this dealer. To start with the floor mats disappeared from the test drive to the purchase so I already had to spend 200$ on floor mat months ago from this dealer. To start with the floor mats disappeared from the test drive to the purchase so I already had to spend 200$ on floor mats, I had been in contact with the salesman for about 2 weeks after the purchase then when I told him that the tire shop said the sensor on the tire was bad and needed to be replaced I haven’t been able to get anyone to answer the phone when I call, not 1 person has returned my calls or text for over a month now, and now even better I turned my bright headlamps on for the first time last night and one of the headlights is burned out. This is the first time in my life I purchased a car without my father involved and they definitely took advantage of the situation of a distracted female purchasing a car, and I say distracted because my son was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma during this time which the salesperson was well aware of. What kind of people take advantage of someone when they are going through the hardest thing they could imagine? Jim Norton Toyota does, that’s who!!!! More

What a terrible crooked dealership. I bought a car from them and later found out that they completely lied about accessories and additions to the vehicle. Some things they told me were painted where only c them and later found out that they completely lied about accessories and additions to the vehicle. Some things they told me were painted where only covered with spray paint. A lift kit they told me was a suspension kit was just a spacer kit. What a bunch of crooked salesman! I want to let everyone know that I went through all the sales managers with complaints up to the dealership manager and they all would refuse to correct the mistake made on the vehicle purchase or hold anyone accountable for lying. What a poor display of management. I urge everyone to take your business elsewhere. Why would you want to buy a car from a dealership who are a bunch of liars and terrible people just trying to steal your money. Their manager should be ashamed of himself for ignoring my calls and telling me to forget about it. The only decent people were the finance people. PLEASE BUY YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE! This business is a disgrace to have in the OKC area and I hope too see them lose all there business in the future from this review. More

Upon paying, the price was $1,000 higher. Ron said he made a mistake and would split the extra 1,000 with me. I mentioned the Bait & Switch con, the lack of integrity, and the mistrust of the dealership. He didn't care - it was cancel the deal or I had to pay for his mistake. According to another Jim Norton Toyota employee, Ron took the OTD sheet (with his initials) to "hide the evidence." I reluctantly agreed to pay the $500 scam fee (I should have walked out). The Title sat at the dealer for 17 days, until I called to ask where it was. FEBRUARY 13, 2020: Manager Heath called at the 30 day follow up - he wanted to make sure I was happy. I told him about the Bait & Switch scam, the missing title, and the lack of follow-up communication. It was too late to negate the deal. He wasn't sure what else to do. I said, "there is something you can do. You can honor the sale price that was agreed upon." He said he would check with the sales manager in the morning and call me back. That was on February 13 - no phone call yet. MARCH 11, 2020: Reply comment from Ryan R. of Jim Norton Toyota OKC Jim, thank you for providing this feedback. There was some miscommunication at the time the paperwork was completed. We have shared this with our management team and we will be in touch shortly to discuss this further with you and work toward a resolution together. Thank you, Jacqueline Cagle, Variable Operations APRIL 15, 2020: No one has contacted me, even after their statement on March 11 that "we will be in touch shortly" (and the dealership has been open and staffed this entire time). "Some miscommunication at the time the paperwork was completed" could explain dropping the ball on getting the Title to me, but it does not explain or justify the Bait & Switch scam. Be very cautious if dealing with Jim Norton Toyota. More
