A true blessing I was looking for a 2013 Silverado that they had on the used car lot. After speaking with a couple members of the internet team I realized I could get I was looking for a 2013 Silverado that they had on the used car lot. After speaking with a couple members of the internet team I realized I could get into a brand new Tundra. After a few days of thinking it over and getting approval from the boss (my wife) we decided to pull the trigger. I called up there and told them I was ready to move forward. I showed up 2 hours later and my new Tundra was cleaned, gassed up and waiting for me when we arrived. To my surprise all the paperwork was ready as well. What I hate most about buying a car is how long everything takes. Thanks to Kyle, Matt and Ralph the process was fast, seamless and most importantly pain free. I also got a free LIFETIME engine warranty and oil changes for LIFE, something no other dealership in town offered me. Long story short I couldn't be happier with my new truck and the extra attention I was showed, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my 62 years on gods great earth. I have already recommended Jim Norton Toyota to a few friends from my church and would recommend those 3 guys to anybody looking for a new Toyota. Jim Norton Rocks! I came in looking for a low mile used Corolla for my daughter. Tommy was our sales person. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I wasn't able to make it in to the dealership this time as I was out of town for a week, plus it was for my wife, but that was no problem. I'd already talked to Matt and been up there a few times so he knew what we wanted and we already agreed on the price. They let her sign her part and bring home her new 4Runner, and let me do my part when I got back. She is so happy! Matt did everything I wanted and went above and beyond. Will get my next one from him for sure. More
I love my new Toyota I just bought my first Toyota. Kyle was our sales guy. I got online and asked for a quote. He got back to me within seconds. Emailed me the price plus the video of the vehicle. How cool was that? We agreed on everything over the phone. I was in and out in less than an hour. Plus they told me that I will get the lifetime oil changes with this purchase. I will have to confirm that when I am getting my oil change because how could they do that? For life? If that's true, I got a SUPER GREAT DEAL! If you want a great deal like I got, you need to call Kyle!!! More
Truly scammers Told they were bringing in a New car for me at a certain price by Matt McClain. Said be in in a few days. Never came. Week later I asked about again as I was waiting for it. Said any day it would be there but hung up at vehicle process center in Houston. Then about week later told me I had to pay $500 to "reserve" to be the first to look at the car when it comes in. I questioned why that was coming up after 2 weeks and dozen emails. I was never given a VIN# or anything so I wasn't going to apply a payment to nothing. Soon after this scammer wouldn't answer my emails. We have called dealership twice and asked to talk to manager with no return call. Even told them second time we had a complaint. Guess general manager doesn't want to deal with it or doesn't care how his employees screw people around- who knows but they never called us back. I would stay far away from these people- there are a lot of other Toyota dealers out there. More
