New Car Purchase and Service Dept. Purchased a new Sienna van in late March from Jim Norton OKC. This my 3rd Sienna in 9 years. Needless to say we are happy with them. The sales process Purchased a new Sienna van in late March from Jim Norton OKC. This my 3rd Sienna in 9 years. Needless to say we are happy with them. The sales process was as seamless and quick as I have ever had from a new car dealer in the Metro area. Was at the dealership less than an hour. This pst Saturday moring around 10am the van became became disabled on the side of the road about 20 miles from Jim Norton. We called Toyota Roadside service and by 11:15am, 1hr 15min later, we were driving out of the dealership with a loaner. I was expecting to spend the day there. Was called early Tuesday afternoon to be told we could pick up the van. The only reason it took 2 days was that they had to order the part. Can't say enough about the sales and sevice we received at Jim Norton. Would recommend to anyone. More

Service Director not a stand up guy! This is not a dealership you want to do business with. Had my toyota serviced and when picking it up we saw a large dent and scrape down the side. The service advisor told me I would need to call the service director the following day to figure it out. I called Jesse, the service director the following day. He kind of poo poo'd my request for him to fix it. Jesse had me bring my toyota to him. When I arrived and asked to speak to Jesse he came out of his office with an attitude of annoyance and looked over the dent in my vehicle. He looked at the dent and told me they could probably fix 90% of the damage. He was rude, unprofessional and never once said "Hey, sorry we jacked up your car"! If he was willing to fix it then he obviously knew a member of his staff put the dent and scratch in my toyota. I never took my vehicle back... Not because I didn't want it fixed but because I wasn't confident that it would come back in better shape. To get the dent and scratch out it will need paint and body work. Someone who tells me they will try to fix 90% of the damage they caused doesn't get my vote of confidence. I've purchased three toyota's from this dealership and referred several other friends. Anyone can sell a car but the service department is where dealerships truly take care of their customers. Jim Norton failed big time. More

BEWARE OF ONLINE LISTINGS! As sad as this sounds, the BUYER needs to go through every line item of the online posting to make sure it is on the car. The dealership doesn't seem to have someone to review postings to make sure they are accurate. The Sequoia I was looking at had so many optionis listed such as a 5.7 Liter V8 but when I checked the carfax, it showed it had the smaller 4.7 liter V8. I almost made a 2 hour drive for nothing. While we were waiting she kept us updated on what would happen next, answered all our questions and helped us through the sale. I can't think of anything more she could have done! Our daughter helped us find the vehicle and Marnie worked with her before we did and my daughter was impressed as well! I liked the dealership, though all the "as is" was a little unnerving. Have not had any experience with service yet - but I am having something fixed tomorrow. I hope it goes as well as our buying experience! More

Each person we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure, and they quickly saw what we wanted and needed and did not waver in their assistance. Integrity was key between the salesmen. Horrible customer service I was there to get an oil change and the technician was very rude and arrogant. This is my second experience with them. Without customers you won't have the business.Even if I have to drive extra miles I would prefer Bob Howard Toyota for all my vehicle dealings in the future whether it is sales or service. More
