I have appt. in the past and it takes them three hour for an oil change. Then i just drop off the car and now going on four hours????Waw!!! this is insane. The sad part is that they tell you it will be about 1 hr and 30 min.. i would not mind if they just flat out you it will take half of day to a whole xxxx day for an oil change. i would at least k know.. Toyota I & my husband went to shop 2016 Toyota Camry Le . The seller showed us 2016 LE & XLE. We saw the XLE is much more upgrade, & options than LÊ. We asked him how much different between 2 these trim. He said around $3,000-4,000. He said it's brand new. But We saw odometer reading is 1,083 miles. We asked him, and he said that is 108 , and that some mistake on it. We followed him to the show room to discuss the price. He came to talk to his manager, and gave us the form to fill out my personal information so he will know how much my payment. He told us the payment is $699 to $723/mo, but he can take us $699. We asked for how long. He went to ask his manager, and told us for 72 mos?!. Total is ~$50,000?! We asked how much interest rate. He went to ask his manager again. Told us ... We asked we saw commercial said 0% interest or $1.500 cask back. He went to ask manager again, and told us we can pay $616/mo for 60 mos term 0% interest rate. We asked him the price of vehicle is $37,000? While I saw online is ~ $27,0000-$29,000 for new one. This vehicle is 1,080 already? And his manager came out and gave us offer down $595/mo, then $550, then $499, then $470, then $450, and cover all tax, fee, title transfer for us!!!??? We decided not to buy it because we felt like they cheated us! More

Incredibly dishonest and high pressure My salesperson in conjunction with the sales manager convinced me to lease a new vehicle, They told me that it is really easy to cancel a lease and t My salesperson in conjunction with the sales manager convinced me to lease a new vehicle, They told me that it is really easy to cancel a lease and that Toyota often offers early buyouts, so not to worry about the length of the lease. They were also KIND enough to roll my negative equity into the lease, did I mention that I bought the trade in the year before from them for 12K, they gave me $6400. Even though I made a large down payment that I thought covered all the fees and taxes, I was contacted a year and a half later to find out that the sales tax was not paid and that it was being added to my payment. These people are HORRIBLE and DISHONEST. I have purchased several new cars at Jim Norton in Tulsa, but I would never deal with them again. They are everything that is wrong with the auto sale business. More
Body Shop Estimate for repairs was 12 days, they had the vehicle in the shop for 32 days. After several months of driving the vehicle the door would not close a Estimate for repairs was 12 days, they had the vehicle in the shop for 32 days. After several months of driving the vehicle the door would not close anymore. Took it back and they were not open at the time their receipt or website stated, manager of the body shop was to busy making coffee in the morning to wait on customers. I was told to wait and all he did was make coffee before asking me what I needed. I told him the door would no longer close so they took it back and supposedly fixed the problem a few weeks later and the door was having problems again. I took the vehicle back again and they said it was not covered under the warranty and made excuses. I will have to order the parts myself and fix the problem since they are not capable of doing the repairs as promised. I guess they win they saved $100.00 but l will never use their shop again More

I emailed, called, and went to the dealership. When I went to the dealership I was finally given a price; which was 3500 more than the internet price....thats a shame! Do you think we are idiots? Do you think that I am going to spend 3500 MORE than what it says on the internet? Joke. What's worse is they said, oh well great then you have seen the internet special! Joke. I'm not into playing games I just wanted a vehicle, a good deal, and a good experience. You failed. Management failed. Salesperson failed. The whole thing was a joke. More
VERY BAD SERVICE CENTER VISIT. I PURCHASED A TOYOTA FJ CRUISER IN DECEMBER 2014, FROM JIM NORTON . IT WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THE SALESPERSON. THE DECISION I PURCHASED A TOYOTA FJ CRUISER IN DECEMBER 2014, FROM JIM NORTON . IT WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THE SALESPERSON. THE DECISION TO PURCHASE THE FJ CRUISER WAS HEAVILY BASED ON MY ENCOUNTER WITH THE SALESMAN. UNFORTUNATELY CAN NOT STATE THE SAME ABOUT A VISIT TO THE SERVICE CENTER. ON 11/25/15 APPROXIMATELY 435PM I VISITED THE SERVICE CENTER TO HAVE THE TIRES INSPECTED DUE TO THE TIRE INDICATOR LIGHT BEING ILLUMINATED ON THE DASHBOARD. ONCE ARRIVING, I MET WITH MY REGULAR ASST SERVICE MANAGER (MR JARIED) ( NOT SURE OF THE SPELLING) WHO PROCESS ME IN. I WAS LATER TOLD THAT I HAD A NAIL STUCK IN MY PASSENGER BACK TIRE AND IT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT I HAVE A WARRANTY THAT COULD POSSIBLY COVER SOME OR ALL OF THE COST TO REPLACE THE TIRE. I OPTED TO PURCHASE A NEW TIRE, BUT THE DEALERSHIP DID NOT HAVE A TIRE IN STOCK. I WAS TOLD BY MY ASST SERVICE MANAGER THAT HE WOULD DO WHAT EVER POSSIBLE TO REPAIR THE TIRE AND FOR ME TO CALL BACK THE FOLLOWING MONDAY FOR THE WARRANTY INFORMATION. AT THAT TIME, ASST SERVICE MANAGER MR WESTON APPROACHED THE WAITING ROOM WITH A VERY FRUSTRATED LOOK AND POSTURE AND STATED TO ME THAT IT WAS THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND THAT NO ONE COULD DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. I BEGAN TO EXPLAIN THAT I WAS TRAVELING THAT WEEKEND AND WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT I HAD A SPACE TIRE. I EXPLALINED TO HIM THAT I HAD AN APPT AND THAT THE SERVICE CENTER WAS NOT DUE TO CLOSE UNTIL 6PM. ASST MGR MR WESTON BEGAN TO GET MORE AGGRESSIVE IN HIS POSTURE AND STATED THAT HE DID NOT CARE WHAT THE POSTED CLOSING TIME WAS AND THAT THE MECHANICS LEFT AT 5PM AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO ASSIST ME IN REPAIRING THE TIRE. I TOLD HIM THAT I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE MANNER IN WHICH HE WAS COMMUNICATING TO ME AND THAT THE OTHER SERVICE MAN WAS DOING ALL THAT HE COULD TO ASSIST ME. HE LEFT THE WAITING ROOM AN D WENT TO SPEAK TO MY SERVICE MAN AND TOLD HIM THAT NO ONE COULD ASSIST ME AT THAT POINT AND THAT IT WAS TIME TO GO. AT THAT TIME IT WAS APPROX 5:25PM, AND WESTON DID NOT WANT THE OTHER SERVICE MAN TO ASSIST ME. FORTUNATELY, THE SERVICE MAN CHANGE THE TIRE THAT WAS DAMAGE AND OFFER ME TO RETURN THE FOLLOWING MONDAY FOR RESOLUATION ON THE DAMAGE TIRE. THANK GOD MY SERVICE MAN DID NOT LISTEN TO WESTON, BUT HAD THE TIRE CHANGE. I HAVE WITNESS WESTON BEHAVIOR WITH OTHERS DURING PREVIOUS VISIT AND THOUGHT TO MYSELF, I WAS BLESSED THAT HE WAS NOT ASSIGNED TO ME. I WITNESS WESTON BEING VERY RUDE AND VERY DIRECT AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I REMEMBERED A PREVIOUS SERVICE VISIT WHEN I WITNESS MR WESTON COMMUNICATING VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY WITH A SENIOR COUPLE AND THEY WERE OBVIOUSLY IMTIMIDATED BY MR WESTON'S TONE AND DICTION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT MR. WESTON BE PROVIDED ADDITIONAL TRAINING IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS/SERVICE PERHAPS THIS TRAINING WILL ASSIST HIM IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS. I HAVE DECIDED TO TAKE MY VECHILE TO FOWLER TOYOTA FOR FUTURE SERVICING. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH FOWLER HONDASERVICE CENTER DURING THE PAST 3 YEARS, AND LOOKING FORWARD TO THE SAME FROM FOWLER TOYOTA. More
