The sale went smoothly and we were approved quickly due to good credit. Chase in the finance department did not communicate well and he delayed us being able to get our tag for the truck. we constantly had to call the dealership to get them to do their job. They ended up having to send someone to bring us a new paper tag because the old one expired and we hadn't received the title. my credit union had trouble getting the paperwork they needed from Jim Norton and finance department. this delayed us starting payments and then the dealership never communicated with us, then after credit union told us a start date on payments and we had made first payment the dealership called and said we paid the first payment the prior month you need to come pay it at the dealership. This was all because they didn't communicate and did not get the paperwork through to the credit union. needless to say I refused to pay the payment because I had heard nothing from dealership only credit union as to when to pay first payment. I would not recommend this dealership to purchase a vehicle. I went to fowler Toyota in norman oklahoma previously and had zero trouble. this was a bad experience from beginning at Jim Norton. This is definetly not the way to treat customers who are making such an investment. It caused a lot of undue stress to us and time out from our jobs trying to get things straight. More

Bought a new truck for my Husband when he was released from the hospital. Loy was very knowledgeable and sat down with us to find out what we wanted. He then picked a truck that he thought we would like and it was perfect. The best day and with ease we purchased the truck and have been happy now for three years. We are going back next couple of weeks to buy a car now . The only car in the USA that is built in USA. Thanks Jim Norton and Loy for the best experience. ht More
Pretty good dealership, but they let their best salesman go I bought my car from Kye Cavener in 2007, and was extremely happy. Kye was such a decent guy to work with: authentically friendly, honest, and not "slick". For the next few years, every time I came back to JNT, Kye would call me by name, visit with me, check on how my family was doing, run my car through the wash with me, and take care of me. I really liked that guy, and promised that my next Toyota purchase would be from him. When I was ready to buy again, I came back and asked for Kye. They sent me a younger, hurried, fast-talking salesman instead. Not Kye Cavener. I asked about where Kye was, and the young new trendy salesman gave me an appallingly ageist answer: "We had to let Kye go. He was old fashioned. You know, it's like when you upgrade your old phone from the 90s to a new Android. We upgraded, and now you have me!" This, of course, was NOT an "upgrade." I did buy the car I wanted from JNT, but the salesman doesn't remember me, the emphasis on was "make the sale and move on", and the salesman even got the terms of sale wrong (he told me I could get free oil changes for the life of the car at any Toyota dealership--important, since I was about to move out of state--but the actual offer was for oil changes just at JNT, not anywhere else, which means it's never once benefitted me). JNT, Kye was the kind of salesman you can't find anymore. Soft-spoken, patient, trustworthy, and decent. Replacing him with a trendy-lingo-talking, cell phone-tapping salesman who actually makes fun of older, kinder gentlemen is unfortunate (and I'm a young guy, too; I just appreciated Kye's earnest, folksy sincerity and personal respect for me). I went over there not knowing what car I wanted but their salesman Omar gave me multiple options and knew almost everything about any car I asked for. Then towards the end of my purchase the manager Farouk was able to satisfy my needs. Overall great service, it felt great inside the store considering how hot it was outside, and I never received attitude whenever I was negotiating prices. More

Worst place.. Run away Worst dealership EVER !!! They took advantage of me a young black female. They are frauds!!! In the month of March I purchased a car and Chance was th Worst dealership EVER !!! They took advantage of me a young black female. They are frauds!!! In the month of March I purchased a car and Chance was the Financial guy who helped me get a loan, I was pleased. About two weeks later I still hadn't received my car title by mail. I called and spoke to Chance about the situation and he said they were a minor issue with the previous owner of the car, so it's taking bit of time. So I asked him for the bank that had financed my car phone number. so I could pay my car note on time. He gave me their phone number when I called the bank they said they had no record of me in their system. So I called Chance back and he said he was going to research the matter. He called me back and said the reason why the bank has no record of me in their system because they hadn't sent my information yet. Because they were still waiting on my title of the car. Foolishly I believed him. About 2 weeks later this other guy named Chris called me and told me to come by the dealership my car title was in. I told him I couldn't make it that day. couple of days later I went out of town so I couldn't physically go sign the paper work. I had spoken to Chris on the phone and he told me that the bank had postponed my payments, and I would get penalized because it was the dealerships fault not mine. This Monday I called the dealership and told the receptionist to tell Chris that I would be in today to sign the document. As I'm on my way to the dealership Chris calls me and says the bank refused to finance me because I didn't get the papers signed on time. And I had to return the car. I asked him if I was gonna get my $2000 deposit back and he told me yes. I later dropped the car couple of hours later, and Chris didn't give me back my deposit because apparently the Mark the used car manager had already left for the day. He told me to call tomorrow Mark would be in. The next day I called and called no one wanted to talk to me. The receptionist kept asking me to leave a message, but never got a call back. Chance finally called me back and said I had to wait for Mark and its Marks call and Mark was going to deduct for mileage and the small dent on the car. Wednesday came around I asked to talk to the general manger or Mark. The receptionist kept telling me Mark had left for the day or wasn't in. I finally got a hold of the general manger Solomon. And asked him when I was gonna get my deposit back. He informed me that I had lost my JOB and that I couldn't afford the car payment that's why the bank refused to finance me. (That is absolutely FALSE I have been working for the same company since 2010). So I don't know what Chris or Chance told him about my situation but they lied about the situation. He told me to wait on Mark and Mark is going to contact me soon. On Thrusday I didn't call them. I waited for them to call me but they never did. Today is Friday and I still haven't heard back from Mark. So my dad decided to call Solomon. Solomon ended up talking to my dad but with difficulty. He told my dad that they weren't gonna give me back my $2000 in full because they are going to deduct for mileage, and a small dent on the driver side door. And he was extremely rude and disrespectful to my dad.... So to any young or old ,female or male that is looking to purchase a car from Jim Norton Toyota run as far as you can the other direction. One thing they lack is INTERGRITY. This messy situation doesn't add up. Now they are trying to blame me for not going to sign the paper work that I had been calling them for. Again I repeat run as fast as you can the other direction. They are plenty of car dealership in town. I will tell everyone I know about this, and make sure they pass the word around. They can't be Trusted. More

I was actually interested in a less expensive vehicle but was offered such a good deal I couldn't pass it up. The sales people were friendly and helpful and not too pushy. There were no tricks or underhandedness or high pressure that went on at other places, just genuine negotiation on price. First time I've purchased a vehicle that I didn't feel ripped off. For these reasons I felt good about paying outside my budget. I think we both got a pretty good deal done. More
