BUYER BEWARE My initial review was: 5 stars because our salesman John was very nice when we purchased -- but here is my UPDATE: 16 days after purchasing a brand My initial review was: 5 stars because our salesman John was very nice when we purchased -- but here is my UPDATE: 16 days after purchasing a brand new car worth $50,000 my friend sat in the backseat of our car for the first time ever (the back seat had yet to be used) and she noticed the leather was ripped in 3 places. We took it back to Jim Norton to see what could be done where they have told us they will not fix this issue at all as it is, "Normal wear and tear." I never would have thought that when the first person to ever sit in our backseat (we never sat in the back) would allegedly rip the leather. Which means Jim Norton Toyota sold us this vehicle with 3 rips in the leather when we bought it in the middle of the night (they are not in a place that a person's pocket could rip or a place that is easily noticeable) or Toyota's quality is so HORRIBLE that they consider this to be normal. Either way, I do NOT recommend buying your car with these unhelpful people who clearly do not care about the quality of their vehicles or the quality of their customer service. I will be reporting this and them the Better Business Bureau immediately. BUYER BEWARE. More

Try their best to get you in the car you want! Rachid was AWESOME! He worked hard to get us the vehicles we wanted. It was a truly a pleasure to work with him. The finance team were great as well. We literally were there until MIDNIGHT while they kept working numbers to help us with our credit issues! Even went as far as bringing us some burgers for dinner bc we hadn’t had dinner.
