After her however, the experience wasn’t so positive. We were at the dealership for over four hours making this transaction. There were times we wanted to just forget it and leave. The staff was nice enough but the process was ridiculous for lack of a better word. We are happy with the purchase but the process needs to be more streamlined. Also we felt we were buying from what was the best car company in the world. The pressure to buy an extended warranty was over the top as well. Made us feel like we weren’t buying from a quality brand. Again, thank goodness for Krystal. We bought the vehicle because of her! If we do trade again with Jim Norton it is my hope you don’t have to block off half a day for the purchase! More

They made the car buying process as enjoyable and painless as could be. Really, everybody was exceptionally kind and very un-typical of what you’d expect a major dealership to be like. My only complaints would be that I wished I got more for my trades but this is a business after all and they’re not here to give vehicles away. Our trades were older, one with high miles so that was to be expected in actuality. The other is the time it took for our finance guy to be freed up. I am an OTR professional truck driver who was on home time and every minute is precious to us drivers as we don’t get to be home and see our families much. Other than those two things my wife and I had an amazingly wonderful experience at this dealership. We would definitely recommend and would buy from them again in the future. That’s probably one of the first times I could honestly say that as most of my experiences with dealers have been terrible. More
