This is our 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Jim Norton. We are friends of the owners. I had a terrible experience with my salesperson - I had to email the director of sales and I am waiting on a re Norton. We are friends of the owners. The sell sheet that was given to us is not the car we purchased and we just found this out when we went to get the vehicle registered and it wasn’t insured because the VIN number we were given was different than what is on the actual car. I am honestly appalled at the lack of customer service from my salesman after the potential for commission was gone. I haven’t gotten a response in over a month from him. Shocking. More
