Worst service EVER I want to start off by saying this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received at a dealership. We went to Jim Johnson Nissan in Bowlin I want to start off by saying this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received at a dealership. We went to Jim Johnson Nissan in Bowling Green KY on 12/14/2019 to purchase a used car in which we did. We drove it home that night & we live 1.5 hours away.The very next morning the check engine light came on. I contacted our salesman, Joe Cordova & he kept saying well you bought it as is so not much we can do about it. If you want to bring it back we can take a look at it but you will have to pay for it. That is just ridiculous! I will not pay for service on a car that I just bought when it appears that they knew the check engine light was on & all they did was clear it before we purchased the vehicle. Then a day later the tire pressure light came on. So now I have a car I just purchased with 2 lights on the dash & the dealership does not care! On top of all that my temp tags expired on 12/13. I called the salesman again on 12/12 to inquire about my license plate & he said they would send me another temp tag as they were still waiting on the lien release & said I could contact Cathy which is the lady that does the lien releases. I contacted her & requested my other temp tag be overnighted to me cause I was not going to have a car I bought & not be able to drive it & how could they sell me a car when they didn't have the lien release yet? She stated that she would overnight me another temp tag but my paperwork is at the clerk's office & I should have my license plate within that week. Here it is 1/10 & no license plate & my other temp tag expires in 2 days! More

Good Dealer There is not many dealers in Bowling Green I trust for anything. Not buying of maintenance of cars . Jim Johnson is one I trust. was sold a used vehicle they knew would be at a higher apr. Found out through the same company that I got approved for I could have gotten a new car with a lower apr by almost 10%. Tried trading it back i apr. Found out through the same company that I got approved for I could have gotten a new car with a lower apr by almost 10%. Tried trading it back in and they lowball me on the value. Go elsewhere to buy a vehicle. More

I have used their service department only a handful of times, but have always been please with it as well. I would highly recommend Jim Johnson Nissan to anyone needing to buy or service. Ask for Adam Jones or Mike Torrance. They are the best around! More
Terrible Service!! I had an appointment for a tranmission service, arrived at 10:20 and waited for over 3 hours!!!! It is currently 1:45 and I am still waiting to get my car back. This dealership also doesn’t provide loaner cars so prepare to wait all day long for the most basic of services . The fact that I only had a transmission fluid change service and had to wait over 3 hours for this simple single service is a good indication that this dealership is not one you should waste your time with! More

The Nissan dealer in Louisville, KY told me the work my Nissan Frontier needed was not covered but these guys went above and beyond and it was covered. I was brought up on a car lot and worked at three dealerships over 10 years and I am very inpressed with this dealership. Their sales department is also honest and trustworthy. Next time I want a vehicle they will be the first place I go. Honest people with integrity are getting harder to come by but not there. I was in town for a visit. I stopped by the dealership to look at a vehicle. I was very pleased by the friendliness and lack of pressure put on me.
