I purchased my 3rd Nissan Pathfinder from Jeff Mouser at Jim Johnson Nissan. I’m so in love with this totally revamped 2022 model Pathfinder. Jeff was exceptional in his knowledge of all the amenities on Jim Johnson Nissan. I’m so in love with this totally revamped 2022 model Pathfinder. Jeff was exceptional in his knowledge of all the amenities on this vehicle. He was thorough in explaining and showing how all the new gadgets operate. Purchased my used Dodge Caravan and added a power train warranty. I LOVE it and have already joined several Dodge Caravan groups. I did my homework on the Dodge Grand Caravans and read up on some ongoi warranty. I LOVE it and have already joined several Dodge Caravan groups. I did my homework on the Dodge Grand Caravans and read up on some ongoing issues which one appeared to be the transmission after 100k miles, so does that mean Jim Johnson Nissan shouldn’t sell a used vehicle with issues? It means nothing of the sort. It means if you buy a used car, it is important to educate yourself on the vehicle right there in the car lot and purchase the appropriate warranties that will save you heartache, headache and money down the road, if buying used is your preferred option over new that comes with a warranty. I added the power train warranty and for a little extra dough, I have a whole lotta peace of mind! Moral of my used “car” van purchase story? The key word is used. Jim Johnson did everything right by servicing the vehicle and telling me the ESTIMATED remaining life of the brakes, tires, battery ect however there are no guarantees because it’s not new with new car warranty. Of course I have no idea who had the van before me, but paint job is good, no dents, Interior is good with a lot of the modern bells and whistles. Why did I buy used and not new? I needed something that would have a lot of space for hauling and frankly didn’t want to spend a lot on something that would used for hauling things and not people. Also Love Mike Melton, he has been at the dealership a looong time, seasoned professional, no pressure sales and Darrin who processed my paperwork and gave me warranty advice for “down the road” as well as he has also been there a long time! To me, when a dealership has employees that have been with them for a long time, that speaks volumes about the dealership! If something happens today to my van, I would in no way blame Jim Johnson Nissan and know that I was well informed before I drove it off the lot! More
Jim Johnson Nisan Service left the keys of my car in the car and it was stolen from their lot. I was asked if I or my friends had taken my car. I had spent 3 years and over $8,000 making sure everything was car and it was stolen from their lot. I was asked if I or my friends had taken my car. I had spent 3 years and over $8,000 making sure everything was right on this car so it would last me the rest of my life (71). The car was like new even though it had 174,000 miles (minor oil leak). The thief's drove 800 miles before damaging the engine (2 cylinders no longer had compression). My insurance totaled my car (not Jim Johnson's Insurance because they took no responsibility for the theft). Jim Johnson owes me $4,000 of my investment and could care less because it was not their money that was lost. I am on a fixed income and now have to drive to Nashville VA hospital and back (over 100 miles round trip) every 3 months to make shore my throat cancer has not come back. Because of Jim Johnson I had to buy a new car (I could not afford $20,000). Jim Johnson is no better than those who stole my car from their lot after they left my keys in my car. More

Everyone goes out of there way to say hello, and offer you snacks and drinks so often that you would think that you are at a fancy hotel or something... and it wasn't just the salesperson, it was everyone which I thought was amazing... all of these people that aren't getting paid a dime to pay attention to us, and they keep doing so, and bending over backwards to make sure we have the best time. If you are looking for a new Nissan this is the place to go. A++ rating, and more!!! More
I took my car in to get serviced and told them something was wrong with the acceleration and it wanting to die when idle, they charged 100 to look at it and then told me it was an exhaust leak. 2 months lat was wrong with the acceleration and it wanting to die when idle, they charged 100 to look at it and then told me it was an exhaust leak. 2 months later it is back, pretty sure my turbo is bad and needs replaced but of course they state I have to get a fuel injector replacement which will cost 1000.00!! They have not checked the turbo. They have now had my car for 4 days and they told me it would be done in 2. they do not offer rentals why they take thier time. The only reason I know nothinig has been done is because I go and get updates. If leaving a voicemail do NOT expect a return call. You will physically have to go there to see what is going on! We are a nissan family but will be no longer. More
