Brilliant dealership and huge thanks for Kevin aash I was passing this town and I had an accident got my car title lost I went to the dealership to rent a car but I wasn’t lucky, it was no cars left. I decided to buy a car and try my luck with fair credit score. I wasn’t sure I am gonna get anything. I was tired and depressed because I lost my Toyota Camry and I felt homeless with no hope to go back to Saint Louis. Kevin and my other huge hero at the financial office got me the car with lower APR rate of my Toyota Camry and 0$ down within 4 hours. And they also gave me the car I am buying with dealer tag to get my stuff from the towing company befor the insurance take it to KC storage. They have done amazing job and honestly the price of the car was really comparatively good and fair with the other dealers. I recommend this dealer over all MO dealers. More

Jill was probably the most responsive salesperson I've ever worked with. She & Rod made the process completely painless. This included a trade (!!!) done via phone conversations and pictures sent. They delivered the truck to me and picked up my trade (over a thousand miles away). Only when I was completely satisfied did I hand the driver my checks and signed title. I've read some of the other reviews here - the one that stands out is where someone purchased a 2wd vehicle and thought it was 4wd? OK.... enough said on that one. That's certainly something the purchaser should be able to tell (???) and is responsible for making the right selection. To top all this off? I tried (really tried) to buy locally. The local folks missed the price point offered by Jim Falk's by thousands. Save yourself some frustration - and MONEY. Call these folks if you are in the market. You won't be disappointed! More

I found the vehicle that meet my needs and everything went down hill from there. I want to be clear that I own the mistake of signing blank documents that were later filled in with incorrect trade in pricing and not discovered until I was 2/3 through of all the finance paperwork. When I questioned the wrong price and found the document that had the right trade in amount I was told "we are losing money" on the vehicle you are buying and you can decide to stop now and walk away..... Really, I drove all the way from KC TWO DAYS in a row to have them not honor a price they had in writing on a trade? If you want a great price and don't care about the numbers then these are great people to work with. If price matters on the purchase and YOUR trade please don't make the mistake I did and sign all the papers they will shuffle through saying they will get them all filled in later......YOU CAN GET THE SAME TREATMENT AT A NUMBER OF DEALERS IN THE CITY. More
