Buyer Beware Let me start off by saying Jim Falk has some of the friendliest car people I have met. They were very helpful and listened to my needs and concerns. I found the vehicle that meet my needs and everything went down hill from there. I want to be clear that I own the mistake of signing blank documents that were later filled in with incorrect trade in pricing and not discovered until I was 2/3 through of all the finance paperwork. When I questioned the wrong price and found the document that had the right trade in amount I was told "we are losing money" on the vehicle you are buying and you can decide to stop now and walk away..... Really, I drove all the way from KC TWO DAYS in a row to have them not honor a price they had in writing on a trade? If you want a great price and don't care about the numbers then these are great people to work with. If price matters on the purchase and YOUR trade please don't make the mistake I did and sign all the papers they will shuffle through saying they will get them all filled in later......YOU CAN GET THE SAME TREATMENT AT A NUMBER OF DEALERS IN THE CITY.
