After the sale, I had to ask for my paperwork 3 times and finally got it sent to me the day before my temp tag expired. Part of my deal was to get $400 worth of accessories with my truck. I have been told several times it would be taken care of, yet here it is 4 months later and I still have not received them. I have dealt with the "Direct of Happiness" for the last several weeks. She is alway friendly on the phone and says she will get it taken care of, but as of today, still no accessories. This company went from a 5 star start that I would have recommended to everyone, to a 2 start that I would recommend not to buy from based on the after the sale experience. More
Jim Falk SUCKS Heard this xxxxxxx had a good reputation. Not true. Paid cash for a Nissan Murano 80,000 miles on it. When it was delivered they put the wrong screws Heard this xxxxxxx had a good reputation. Not true. Paid cash for a Nissan Murano 80,000 miles on it. When it was delivered they put the wrong screws on the license plate. Had to go to a mechanic to get the screws cut off just so we could have license plates. Maybe 2 months later had to replace the battery and alternator. A month later going to a wedding in Texas, but had been noticing something with the brakes. Had to end up replacing the pads and rotar. Now here we are not even 2 years later and a little over 20,000 miles. The rear subframe is so corroded that the back end will disintegrate. Their inspection consist of turning the car on and seeing if the flashers work. These people are xxxx. Customer service sucks. And the quality of their cars suck. Go to "Jim's Car Lot." I've bought better cars from a guy on street then these criminals. Avoid this place, or get ready to spend some money. If I could give this place a negative 1,000, I would. More
Poor Disclosure on known issue - Poor service! NOT HAPPY with JIM FALK MOTORS! tomorrow will be 3 wks they have had our truck. Last week we went by to check on it and they still didn't have the par NOT HAPPY with JIM FALK MOTORS! tomorrow will be 3 wks they have had our truck. Last week we went by to check on it and they still didn't have the part because it wasn't ordered until they had it for over a week. Today they called and are still waiting on a tool they had to order from Colorado to pull the spark plug because it broke off. NOT HAPPY! We could have driven to Colorado to pick up the tool, stopped in KC to grab the part and fixed it our self for the same price and less than half the time! Did I mention NOT HAPPY WITH JIM FALK MOTORS WHAT'S WORSE! - This same repair was required before we even made our first payment! They did not disclose a known mechanical issue at the time of purchase nor did they offer to fix all of the other spark plugs under warranty at the time of the first repair. We just found out this motor has a class action lawsuit for this very issue for many years. They did not disclose this in good faith at the time of purchase! NO INTEGRITY - POOR BUSINESS JIM FALK! 1/8 - Towed to JIM FALK MOTORS 1/16 - They ordered the part 1.18 - We stopped and checked on truck and they told us the part had just been ordered 2 days ago and was coming from Kansas City. {We could have driven to KC and back in 3 hours and brought them the part had we known it would take that long!.} 1/21 - They called to tell us it was not done and that it would also require an oil change after the repair. Chuck told them that was not included in the repair quote he had approved and that they were going to do that complementary for the amount of time it has taken on the repair already. 1/23 - Called to check on truck and had to leave a message 1/25 - Left another message 1/28 - They called this afternoon to say they are now waiting on a tool from Colorado... Interesting there is no Ford dealership or parts supplier closer they could borrow or buy the tool from. Lesson #1 - Never buying a Ford Truck again! Lesson #2 - Never dealing with Jim Falk Motors again! Lesson #3 - Using local mechanics from now on! More
Unsatisfactory I have bought several vehicles from Jim Falk Motors. They have always been great.. Always had the opinion they weren’t just your ordinary car dealership.. I went with my daughter to buy a car. Experience terrible.. Did not purchase a car there. First of all brand new car she was interested in had over 3k on it, & was put on there lot in disgusting condition.. We could work around that as they assured us they would clean it Sales mgr very unprofessional, gave her numbers sent us on our way late in day. We returned next day to be given complete different numbers.. In fact 50$ mo more. At no point did he say that might change.. There are plenty of other dealerships.. Very unprofessional.. We can do business elsewhere, no problem More
LIES, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DECIETFUL 2 months ago I was offered $11,500 for my trade. 2 months later I am offered $9500 on the same vehicle by manager Ben Love with just 700 more miles o 2 months ago I was offered $11,500 for my trade. 2 months later I am offered $9500 on the same vehicle by manager Ben Love with just 700 more miles on the odometer being the only difference from July to September. I look up NADA value and see the $9500 is what I would expect for a car in POOR CONDITION! My van is in great condition. The sales rep Gabe Vigil told me he has no idea why the other manager would have offered me so much for my trade. Says the old manager isn't even there anymore. I checked and the old manager Josh Griffin is absolutely still there. Wrote the owner Jim Falk and GM Mary Ann Gonzalez to bring this to their attention and never heard back from them. Trucks cost a small fortune. Spend your money with people you can trust. In other words, don't spend it here! More
