I have had the opportunity to purchase three cars from Jim Falk Motors in as many years. Most recently, I purchased a 2018 Toyota for my oldest son. The car he had been driving broke down, leaving him wit Jim Falk Motors in as many years. Most recently, I purchased a 2018 Toyota for my oldest son. The car he had been driving broke down, leaving him with no means to get back and forth to work. Getting a replacement was not only necessary; it was urgent. I worked with Josh Figgatt, who helped me with in the purchase of our pervious cars. He and Shayna in the finance department worked tirelessly to make a deal happen for us that was within our budget, even though we were unable to be present at the dealership; not to mention it was Josh's day off! By the next morning, papers were drawn up, signed, and the vehicle was delivered to my son at his home, before he had to leave for work. I know Jim Falk personally, and know that he's a good man, but what gives his dealership the success that it has, is not his reputation, but the reputation of amazing employees like Josh and Shayna! To say that I'm grateful for the two of them would be an understatement, but it is the only word that comes close. Jim Falk, you are blessed with honorable and hardworking people representing you, make sure you are blessing them!!!! More
Bought a new 20221 Cadillac XT5. Back up camera did work properly, was basically told nothing they could do after numerous excuses. Cadillac announced a recall on the camera now. Was then told they didn’t want to mess with me anymore as they are no longer a Cadillac dealer. Just got a call from some lady who said on-star told them the car is low on oil. What a crock, the car is due for service, but still has 20% oil life which is the message that is being misrepresented. When I asked her if she cared to hear y complaints she basically responded no, have a good day and hung up the phone. Wish I could have recorded this call, it would have gone viral and most people would avoid this place in my opinion. Cadillac still doesn’t have the parts for the fix, therefore I did cancel the order for the Electric Cadillac for me and bought a BMW X-5. Service and product in my opinion is so much better with the BMW. More
Horrible way to do business! Money exchanged hands then they sold it out from under us. We live over 2 hours away and couldn't get there to pick it up until the weekend. They called on Thursday and said they needed to move it now! Told them to drive it over to us then. Owner got on and said it had to go now our deal is off. They will refund our money but I needed a car! Guess the paperwork they sent us is pointless! Ridiculous, dishonest, dirty and snake-like are the best ways I could describe this dealership. I won't waste my time with them again! More
About 1 month ago I bought my 4th vehicle from Jim Falk. Previously, the experiences were "5-Star." This time was much different and not very good at all. I would give their service people 5 stars, but sales has not met my expectations this time around. The two gentlemen that helped me, Jacob and Isaac, were professional and courteous at every turn. They were helpful and tactful in helping me through the ownership process. I just had communication difficulties with Traci, the sales manager above her and with the gentleman in finance. I miss their old sales manager, Josh. Oh well!! I might look at vehicles here again one day but for now, I'd advise shopping here very cautiously. Do not rush any decision. Ask every question in the book because what you don't know can definitely cost you "out the door." I'll spare the reader the details.. Sorry to have to post this. More
I was very happy with the with the purchase of my vehicle. This dealership is very good at what they do , sell cars at a good price . The only thing that bothered me was they advertised a sale price which it is but the rebates that we suggested them to use was already deducted which was how they arrived at their sale price and they didn’t mention it until I asked about it. .overall a pretty good experience and would do business with them again !! She was quick to respond over the phone or in person and had my vehicle pulled, cleaned, through finance, and ready to sign for in just under two hours. I was on my way home with it that evening. I definitely appreciate this dealers genuine respect for time and their hassle free process. I’ll be back for another I’m sure. More

Bought a new 2022 Cadillac In Clinton, but live in Overland Park. We found the vehicle we wanted so drove to Clinton and purchased. From day one the back up camera did not work properly and the rear fender trim pieces did not fit properly. Made three trips to get these items fixed while having to si and wait for hours. Each time they either painted the trim pieces the wrong color or ordered the wrong size trim pieces. They did replace the camera, but it still doesn’t work. Their final solution was to tell me to take my vehicle to ANOTHER dealership since they don’t have the expertise to fix me car. They then tell me they are no longer a Cadillac dealer. I called Cadillac and they were even puzzled by this treatment, statement was maybe this is the reason the are no longer a Cadillac dealer, lack of knowledge and support. Jim Falk even had a new customer service person they hired call me to make sure everything was all right after my service appointment. When I said no they really didn’t know what to do other than pass me back to Dallas the service manager who has zero follow up skills. I see a lot of 1 star reviews, do yourself a favor and find yourself a reliable dealership that has the expertise to service your vehicle properly. More
We recently bought a new Chevy Trailblazer from Jim Faulk Motors. We live in Garden City, MO and wanted to keep our money local. 10,000 miles later on our new vehicle it sustained some suspension damage d Motors. They first told us that the part would arrive in 3 to 4 days. Needless to say it's two weeks later, our car is still not repaired, and Jim Faulk refuses to help us in any way. The only help they can offer is that they have no idea when the part will arrive and when it does they will replace it. They also informed that the car is made in Korea and the Koreans aren't sending out parts. Go Chevy, thought I was buying and American car. Stay away from this small useless dealership that is selling cars that they can't get parts for. More
