I have had my truck serviced here, at Jim Faulk Chevy of Maui, for almost 10 years and have been satisfied with the outcome untill my very last visit. As always, the Service Department Representatives were Maui, for almost 10 years and have been satisfied with the outcome untill my very last visit. As always, the Service Department Representatives were professional and helpful, kind and courteous. Rick Jacobson took care of my needs and I applaud his efforts. However, when I picked up my truck I noticed the tires were not rotated. That is part of the service I paid for. I was disappointed and had to wonder why it was not done. The shop was very busy and I had no desire or free time to wait around for the truck to be serviced again. After leaving the service center I drove no more than 3 miles to the local Costco and out of cureousity I checked my tire air pressure, they all registered 38 pounds. This is 3 pounds over the recommended inflation as posted in my driver's side door panel. Overinflation is never a good thing, it is unsafe and not good for the life of the tires. So, not only were my tires not rotated they were overinflated. NOT GOOD. More
