However, one of the mechanics was out on leave on the day of my appointment, and after waiting for a couple was very nice and took great care of me! However, one of the mechanics was out on leave on the day of my appointment, and after waiting for a couple of hours it became clear that the other mechanic would not be able to complete all the jobs scheduled for that day. We had to reschedule and come again on a different day. Our appointment should have been rescheduled ahead of time. Also, wait times are too long! Three hours for a job that takes 1 hour to complete!
