Quite excellent! I had to fix my daughter's car - she was in Atlanta from Jacksonville for only one day- and the service department got me right in and attended to the I had to fix my daughter's car - she was in Atlanta from Jacksonville for only one day- and the service department got me right in and attended to the problem. REgular Maintnance Called in to make an appointment, the service person asked what service i need, i told oil change, he said no need to make an appointment just come on Called in to make an appointment, the service person asked what service i need, i told oil change, he said no need to make an appointment just come on in, i got there at 9:00am and it took them until 6;45pm to finish the truck for an oil change, their argument was that i din't have an appointment. I picked up the car at 7:00pm when the closed and the second day i got phone call back from dealer asking for me to drive the truck back to the dealer because the mechanic forgot to install some parts back on the engine. I mean come on, how can a mechanic forgets to put parts back on the truck? I had to waste another 3 hours to get the truck fixed. More

Several hours later got it back and it was resolved. Why call and say it is ready ? Love wasting others time! Had to sit and wait there since we came to pickup and leave with small child. No consideration! The result ... we will give you a free car wash! Really!!! You should wash it anyway! Service here gets worse and worse! More
