Originally, we had an appointment with Nelson Carbo; however we arrived early and Mike Hatcher stepped in for the test drive after discovering that Nelson was serving another customer. We decided to buy the truck and Mike saw us through the offer, all of the paperwork (we were not financing) and had us out the door in little over an hour.
