The dealership was clean and people seem to be welcoming. The problem was with the follow-through on the service I came in for filter changes spent $700 iand all the maintenance lights were were still on wh The problem was with the follow-through on the service I came in for filter changes spent $700 iand all the maintenance lights were were still on when I took possession of it. I got home and it said that I need to change my filters I had to do the reset myself… I called and left a voicemail for the service advisor no responses so it seems like the communication is absolutely an issue More

I had a coupon for a reduced price oil change of $69I was told regular price was $89.My bill only shows a discount of $12.74, which I should have questioned before leaving. Although I don't usually eat snacks while waiting, many took advantage of the basket of snacks, which has now been replaced with a vending machine. That's sad. The in take staff member was pleasant.
