The service needs improving. I had a appointment today and was waiting to get check in with 5 people in front of me and two being serviced. Wasn't going to wait for the additional five at that rate. They don't offer a drop off service any longer either. Why schedule appointments if you can't get your customers check in timely. Was going to inquire on a new car while waiting, there lost and won't go back!!! More

Buyer Beware! ! Inquired about a used vehicle and told warranty and maintenance package was included but when signing purchase paperwork Jason Burns used car salesm !
