After reviewing service records, it looks like your vehicle also had an alignment performed, as well as a cabin filter replaced. Those services do add to the length of time of the appointment in addition to an oil change. I want to extend our sincere apologies for the negative experience you had with our sales manager during your visit. Your feedback is important to us, we take your comments seriously. We understand how frustrating it can be when discussing trade-in values, and it seems that we fell short of meeting your expectations. Regarding the trade-in value offered for your 2017 Silverado, I would like to clarify that our pricing strategies take into account various factors, including market conditions, vehicle condition, and other relevant factors. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. I would also like to address the concern you raised about the pricing of your trade-in vehicle. The vehicle has four to six thousand dollars' worth of body damage and is on the back lot waiting on a decision if we will fix it and keep it are wholesale it.
