Horrible customer service $3500 worth of hidden fees!! Judging by the reviews, I see I'm not the first to have a horrible experience at this dealership. BEWARE of the $3500 in extra fees they will charge you, such as a $1000 customer loyalty fee they charge if you haven't purchased a car here in the last 24 months. Who does that?!?! Ahmad is an absolute terror to deal with... people purchase cars and send information over the phone and internet all the time. I told him I was paying cash for the car and he would not give me a final number on the vehicle even though I was going to travel 2 hours to buy from this dealership. He then, obviously, was grasping at straws and told me I could not afford a $20,000 car... which I can... just found it utterly insane that a $15,500 car would end up costing me almost $20k due to their insane fees... like an $800 "lender" fee... when I wouldn't have even been dealing with a lender and paying for the vehicle in cash! Typical dirty jersey thieves! STAY AWAY!!! More
