Unprofessional unethical and poor customer service I wasted two working days visiting Hudson Kia, on my first trip I had a deal with Gino Silver,where he promised That the vehicle I was interested in I wasted two working days visiting Hudson Kia, on my first trip I had a deal with Gino Silver,where he promised That the vehicle I was interested in the Lexus 350 RX listed for 22,980.00 plus tax and title and registration. He inspected my vehicle and decided to offer 12,000.00 as trade in .I was to returned on the Friday,which I did Upon reaching the dealership mr Silver was not there,so I was told to speak to Freddy who claim that he was the Sales manager, I explained to him that I was there two days ago and had a deal with mr Silver. I then explained the deal and showed him the card mr Silver gave me with the quotation and that I was back to Complete the deal, mr Freddy after hearing the details of the deal I was given, decided to negate the deal and in Doing so he was very unprofessional,unethical and lack any customer service aptitude. He claims that mr Silver who is an employee of Hudson Kia was not authorized to offer such a deal and that if I am interested he will negotiate with me and offer a deal where he added another two thousand dollars plus a set of Other charges and said that I can either take it or leave it ,I was appalled at the unprofessional,unethical and callousness Of mr Freddy and am surprised that he is a sales manager. I work in retail and know that customer service,professionalism and ethics are of utmost importance to customer, for this is how customer loyalty is created. After my nightmare ex pertinence at Hudson Kia I will never recommend anyone to Hudson, to experience the unprofessional, unethical and lack of customer service that was displayed at this dealership. My Faith Mobile On April 17, 2014, I decided to take a leap of faith and purchase a vehicle. I knew that I wanted a Kia Sorento, how much I wanted to pay for it, wh On April 17, 2014, I decided to take a leap of faith and purchase a vehicle. I knew that I wanted a Kia Sorento, how much I wanted to pay for it, what I wanted my car payments to be, I did not want to make a down payment and I did not want to trade in my old vehicle because I wanted to give it to my mother. I told Caroline exactly what I was expecting and she was excited about how I was stepping out on faith. She did her part of the paperwork and led me to Lele McKoy who handled the rest. After touring the lot with Caroline, I did not find the vehicle that I was looking for in my price range. However, I did not get discouraged because I knew that God was going to come through for me. We sat down to discuss the matter further and both Caroline and Lele were determined to find something for me. They too were with me on my faith walk to get what I wanted so they began to brainstorm. As we began to talk more about financing and payments, Lele had a puzzled look on her face. She excused herself and walked inside of one of the offices and picked up a piece of paper. As I sat there with my Goddaughter discussing the matter further, I called my mom to give her an update. She told me that if I had to, go ahead and trade in the van. She knew that I needed something more reliable. However, I too knew that my mom needed a vehicle of her own. I stood up and walked towards Lele and Caroline and told them what my mom had said about the trade. Lele said, “Your mom can keep the van and you can get your car.” She remembered that a vehicle had just come in that day and no one knew about it but her and her manager. Wouldn't you know it.... it was the vehicle that I was looking for and it fit all of my criteria. I took it on a test drive and all I can say is "amazing"! It rides smooth and it has features that I was not expecting at a price that I could afford. Caroline and Lele were determined to make me one satisfied customer. I commend them for not trying to push another vehicle on me or try to get me to go another route. I knew what I wanted and they were going to do their best to make it happen. I had a great experience at Hudson Kia. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and well maintained. I was greeted with a smile as I entered and no one was pushy. Even upon leaving, the staff congratulated me and all I could do was hug Caroline and Lele. The one thing I admire the most was the honesty and integrity of Lele when it came to the financial aspects of the purchase. I can’t say enough about my experience at Hudson Kia. It is definitely the place to go. More
