Great Financial Specialist Scott was a great help in putting me in a new car. He really knows how to help anybody in any financial situations that may not meet the quota guidelines that other dealers and banks require. Being that I am younger than the average and just finished college, nobody was willing to give me a loan due to limited credit history. Scott's calculating and analytical character found ways to help the situation by making the lender realize that even though I may have a lack of credit history now,the potential of credit and income that could be available in the future would be more than enough to meet guidelines. Not only was he able to get me a loan, but a great interest rate for somebody that is in my situation as well. I recommend all new coming graduates who are looking for a car to go too Scott, because he will find a way to put you in a new car. I will definitely be coming back to Scott in the future due to his perseverance , loyalty, and hope that he has provided for me in this car buying experience. More

Good initial sales experience turned sour after sale. What was initially a great sales interaction with Gino Silva turned into a headache and more out of pocket expense that we were not prepared for. When we visited with Gino we explained we had a vehicle coming out of lease in 3 month and the only way we could move forward with Kia was if we could clear off any obligations on the previous vehicle (Ford). Gino assured us he would be able to make that happen. When Gino went through our old vehicle he I showed him a stain on the leather passenger seat and he said not to worry about it. Before signing the paperwork for the new car we asked again about making sure that the Ford would be paid off and we would not have any obligations to the vehicle. Gino again assured us that was the case and that Kia would take care of it. 4 days later we get a letter from ford telling us we owe them the last 2 months of payments on the car and $150 for the stain on the carseat. I went to Kia and spoke with Gino. He said that Kia was taking care of it and it could be a few days before Ford gets their money. So I called Ford and explained. A week later we get another letter from Ford reminding us that there is an outstanding balance. I emailed Gino and Called, but he doesn't return my messages. I called and spoke with receptionist and no one returns my calls. Another week later we try emailing Gino and calling the Dealership still no one returns our calls or emails. We finally call and tell the receptionist that we will be driving over to return the vehicle if we don't speak to someone and she gets a female manager on the phone. The manager tells us that she says a payment being sent to us for $810 which is $30 less than Ford says we owe. She said the check would be coming by Friday. That Friday came and went and no check. We called and emailed and no one returned our calls again. We waited another week and NOW finally a month later we got a check. but guess what? It's only $680 to cover the 2 months owed on the last car. The didn't send the money for the wear and tear ($150) and they didn't send the original amount the manager said they had $810. We've emailed and called and I've left messages for Gino and two managers and I spoke with the receptionist and NO ONE has called me back or emailed me back. At this point we don't want anything more to do with Kia and will likely NEVER lease or buy another car from them after this else is up. It's a shame. something as simple as returning a call and keeping your customers in the loop. but also just being of Integrity. If you said you were going to do something DO IT!! We could have just went back to Ford and they would have waived up to $250 from the wear & Tear for loyalty purchases. I will be leaving negative reviews about this dealership on Yelp and all the other car dealerships. No one should have to go through this type of crap. It's about more then selling a car its suppose to be about building a relationship. A Long term relationship. Your Loss Hudson KIA! I have two family members were are getting ready to buy cars and really like our Kia Sorento but they WONT be buying from Hudson KIA. More

He worked with the banks to get us a fair price .I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They know what they are doing and will answer all your questions. So don't be afraid to try this dealership they are friendly and know the business. We now lease a 2015 Kia Sorento. More

I have been to several dealerships, all of which were unable to sell me a vehicle that suits my needs within my budgeted price range. I was upfront with Scott about my credit history & budget--special financing is his specialty. After reviewing my documents, I basically let Scott know what I was looking for and then told him to find the vehicle for me. He was able to get me into a 2011 Kia Rio, which suits my needs as a driver, but even more so, fits exactly within the budget I have available for a monthly car payment. Scott was the only employee (out of all the dealerships I have been to) who was able to review my situation and put me in the right car which met all of my needs. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and DO TRULY appreciate his hard work and effort to get the right car for me. I am very pleased with Hudson Kia, but especially Scott Schatek for helping me get my car. I will highly recommend your dealership to my friends/family and highly praise Scott for his time and effort. So many people have credit issues and somewhere along the line...need a car. Scott made the deal work and I thank him and Hudson Kia for their support. More

Upon our entrance to the dealership we were pleasantly surprised by the courteous and We were referred to Scott from a auto loan application website. He was able to make us feel comfortable and put our minds at ease regarding our indecisiveness' regarding the purchase of a used vehicle. We did not feel obligated our pushed into a purchase during our visit to the store. Scott was honest regarding our options and was sure to talk us through the process along the way. He was understanding and was able to put our minds ay ease during the process. Although we did not purchase a new vehicle the vehicle we obtained was very nice and we walked away satisfied with our purchase, I would recommend using Scott and Trish for any and all future purchases at Hudson Kia.
