Seeking a Suburban I came into the dealership hoping to like the 2015 suburban back in the Spring. I called the dealership to see if they had any available to test drive I came into the dealership hoping to like the 2015 suburban back in the Spring. I called the dealership to see if they had any available to test drive or at least look at to see if our family of six would fit, plus all of our stuff. Mr.Garry was the first one to greet me at the dealership, thus had to answer my millions of questions. We took it for a drive and I feel in love with the 2015 suburban. We didn't need the new one yet, but now we do, as our minivan died. So before coming back to the dealership, I researched and test drove various other vehicles. But, after going to the other dealership, no one has been more helpful than Mr. Garry. He offered multiple solutions, was very kind to our entire family, and really seemed to want to help us find what was best for our situation, not just make a quick sell. He did go above and beyond for the customer. And I was very impressed about how much he knew about the vehicle, being out for such a short time! The overall experience at Jerry's was a lot less stressful thanks to the helpfulness of Mr. Garry. More

I took my car for a service here couple months ago and the Service Manager Brian Caras was so nice to me, one of the reasons why I am getting my new v I took my car for a service here couple months ago and the Service Manager Brian Caras was so nice to me, one of the reasons why I am getting my new vehicle from this dealership is because of how he treated me. Secondly, I want to give my salesperson Jason Garry above and beyond excellent rating for his awesome job. He's so spot on and very enthusiastic throughout our deal. Great initial experience quickly soured Found a vehicle I was interested in, online. A test drive was easily set up later in the day. They even offered to let me drive the car alone.Bill Smith was very friendly and I appreciated the no-pressure approach. Decided I wanted to buy, but due to child care logistics, needed to come in the next dat. Bill held the vehicle for me and I made an appointment to return the next day. Bill couldn't make the appointment so another associate took over. We went over the usual paperwork. My wife and I were shown to a waiting area to meet with the finance department. This took nearly 90minutes. I had to track down our sales guy(Josh) to see what was taking so long. Apparently the majority of the staff was at a "401k meeting" and no one had started the process. Joe Hever took over and was professional and friendly enough. It appeared we were handed off to him when he walked into work. Once we were given the keys to the car, I realized that the remote fob and one of two keys didn't work. I explained the problem. Josh told me the remote battery was probably just dead(no offer to get a new one). He said he would look around for the other key.i suggested that the remote could also be for the wrong vehicle but was dismissed. Four days later, I hadn't heard anything. Bill again was very helpful and asked me to come in so the remote could be programmed. The service department confirmed that the remote was indeed for a different car. I was told they would cover the cost of a new remote but i would need to pay for half of a new key. I was told they would call when the remote arrived but that didn't happen. I called myself after a few days. Chris Hearitywas curt but knowledgeable. Great price on the car. Very strong start in the car buying process but the service afterwards was disappointing. More
