Corvette Spoiler and Roof Panel Adjustment Technician did a great job of installing the spoiler on our 2014 Corvette Stingray, took his time and made sure no mistakes were made. Yet another NoVA dealership that can't keep their word! While shopping for a new Corvette Stingray, I stumbled upon Jerry's Chevy. I decided to put in a internet inquiry asking if they accepted Supplier pr While shopping for a new Corvette Stingray, I stumbled upon Jerry's Chevy. I decided to put in a internet inquiry asking if they accepted Supplier pricing as other dealers do. Joe responded back that they did not accept supplier pricing but they are offering $4,000 off the Corvette Stingray. I specifically asked about a certain VIN and he said it was just added to his inventory sheet and they are doing $4,000 off of that VIN. I asked if they would do a little more as it's not quite good as Supplier pricing and he responded with "When can you come in? Sunday is a great day... Your power to negotiate is to be here ready to purchase. I will do everything I can to accommodate." On Monday morning, After driving about an hour, I showed up at 9AM to speak to Joe and see if we could work out a deal. I assumed since he suggested Sunday would be good that the car might have been there, I assumed wrong. The car was not there yet and I can't work out a deal on something that is coming from another dealership as who knows if the car has any issues. I left and Joe said he'd contact me when the car came in. Joe did as promised, he let me know the car arrived and even snapped two pictures for me. I emailed me my offer and he said he'd have to decline at the time, since HIS offer of $4,000 off was very fair as I mentioned to him. Today I called him up to ask a few more questions and I asked him again about pricing. He stated his manager originally wanted MSRP but he'd stick to his original offer of $4,000 off so I hopped in my car at 4PM on a Friday in DC Traffic to go up and close a deal. After about a hour and a half I arrive. Joe was occupied with another client so I wondered around for a bit. After about 30-45 minutes he and his manager sat down and started to talk. I made a offer of $4,500 off to partially compensate for their RIDICULOUS PROCESSING FEE (or should I say PROFIT FEE) of $589!!! The manager said the best he could do was $1,000 and that was a "gift" Well that "gift" wasn't that special because that's the pricing that is on their website for any potential customer. He goes on about how special the car is and how rare it is etc... I explain to him that other dealers are doing supplier pricing, which is more off than the original $4,000 discount Joe mentioned. He said he couldn't, some dealers are getting over MSRP for these cars and they are hard to find. I left very bothered and distraught after driving 1 1/2 hours to see them to strike a deal they decided to do a BAIT AND SWITCH on me. They got me in a second time and decided to renege on the deal originally presented. Way to go Jerrys! You now lost all of mine, my families and my friends business! Congratulations on a fine job of toying with my head. One of their mottos is: "The only deal we can't make are the ones we don't see" My translation is: "The only deal we can't make are the ones we originally offer you" More

Great Service! I was trying to get my oil changed at a local gas station and they were unable to perform the service. I only had a few hours that day to get the serv I was trying to get my oil changed at a local gas station and they were unable to perform the service. I only had a few hours that day to get the service done because I work a few different jobs. I called every dealership and each one said that it would be a few days. I called into this dealership, and Chris scheduled me to come in at 7:30 the next morning. I appreciated his help so much! I have worked with this dealership before and they have always been helpful! I definitely recommend their services to anyone! More

Great customer service We were looking for a new car and was just shopping around. We showed up on the lot just as the dealership was closing. Salesman Jason who was preparing to go home for the evening stopped to assist us. I will change the oil in my own car so the oil filter location for easy oil changes means something to me. Jason dropped to the ground and crawled under the car the find the exact location for me since the filter could not be seen from above. Jason was very informative and knowledgeable about the car. There where two questions that he was not sure of and he made it clear that he was not positive on the answer. First thing the next morning the answers came across my phone. Jason was genuine and not some high pressure salesman reading cue cards! I don't like wasting my time bickering back and forth over price. Jason and Shane ran there numbers and gave them to me in writing. I was not in the dealership at this time so they texted the document to me. Their bottom line price beat out 6 other dealerships. We made the trip back to Leesburg to buy the car. Thanks for the tour Tim! Maribeth; you actually made paperwork painless! Here is the crazy part! Jason kept telling me that owners of the Chevy Cruze Eco can achieve better mileage than what is listed. I was thinking yeah right. However, he was telling the truth. When you drive in eco mode, feather the accelerator and stay off the turbos, you really can beat the listed mileage. I have been averaging 39-44 mpg WOW!!! I recommend the Chevy Cruze Eco and Jerry's Chevrolet. More
