He was patient with me and he patiently listened to my expressions of doubt, assuring me that he could work out a solution for me. He was not only knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased, but he also offered solid financial advice. I felt like a star customer after working with Brian and I appreciate his work ethic. I also received superior support from the finance department at the dealership. The terms and conditions of the financing details were explained in non-technical language and I felt comfortable signing the final documents. Check Engine Light My car had an issue with the water pump that showed up over night and caused a quick world of trouble for a car that goes 1000 miles a week! He promised to handle it and within less then a day he had my car fixed, all recalls I wasn't aware of handled and ready to go. They were completely professional. I was so satisfied I have him helping me fix another minor issue with ordering a speaker that another dealership in Roanoke has blown off. Well worth it!! More
