Best experience at a car dealership ever! I have purchased several new cars over the years and I have never had a more pleasant and enjoyable buying experience in my life. I was very doubtful a deal would be made when I entered Jerry's Chevrolet in Leesburg. I was immediately greeted by Steve who took care of my concerns and did not waste my time going over redundant information. He showed me the car I wanted and gave me realistic options. Greg in finance was quick, very through and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The last stop was Tim who answered every question I had, took me through all the features of my new car and has been ready and available for all of my stupid questions. My experience at Jerry's Chevrolet of Leesburg has been better than any prior experience including the purchase of my Mercedes. More

Awesome/Accomodating Staff The staff at Jerry's in Leesburg was exceptional. I had gotten in a car accident and had 8 days to find a new car. As soon as I stepped foot into Jerry's I was greeted by Collin (who my appointment was with) and he made me feel extremely comfortable. While he was showing me the cars that I was interested in, he specifically made sure to show me models that included what I needed so I can stay within my budget, rather than trying to upsell me. He was so understanding and treated me like his own daughter in terms of making sure I got what I wanted at a good price and in a timely manner. While he was on speakerphone with my parents, explaining them details, I got to know some of the other employees, Patrick and Mr. Kelly who made me feel comfortable and were able to joke around with me during such a stressful time, being that this purchase was not a planned one. When I came in to pick up my car everyone was saying hello and calling me by name, as if I knew them, which made me feel not only like a valued customer but like they actually liked me and were happy to see me again. There were some loose ends that need to be taken care of and Kelly from customer service stepped in and got everything squared away. She was sweet and literally went above and beyond for me. Not only did she take care of me, but she was a great soundboard for my Dad who had a few concerns along the way. I'm so thankful I stumbled across Jerry's and had the opportunity to work with such an awesome team who had my best interest in mind throughout the whole process. More

Annette's always wonderful on the phone and at checkout when we pick up the vehicles. She's so pleasant even though I know I'm seeing her at the end of a long day's work. She's attentive to details, always handles everything with care. She's quite a gem!! :) I also appreciate knowing that Keith is available to handle any of our concerns. He took care of closing out our ticket this time. We had quite a bit of work done so he applied the best coupon discount available to save us the most money. Things like that mean a lot!!! More

Awesome Service - Chevy Recall Ignition Key I received a recall notice for the ignition key on my '01 Chevy Malibu. After reading the inconsistent service reviews on the Chevy dealership down t I received a recall notice for the ignition key on my '01 Chevy Malibu. After reading the inconsistent service reviews on the Chevy dealership down the road from me and from the one I purchased the car from, I was hesitant take my car to either place. I wanted to go someplace where I wouldn't be pressured to do additional work. I found this website and was delighted by the number of excellent service reviews for Jerry's Chevy, especially Chris Gearity. I also double-checked their reviews on Yelp and found more of the same. I live in Sterling, but was happy to drive to Leesburg if it meant I would receive excellent, and thorough, service. I contacted them, spoke to Chris directly and after looking up my VIN and recall number, went on to explain the confirm the reason for the recall, which was very helpful. He got me in the very next day and I was out in approximately 20 minutes! I forgot to bring my second ignition key (hubby's key), which he assured me was not an issue, so I expect the same great experience when I go back in a few days. Check-out was a breeze with Annette cheerfully, and efficiently, getting me out the door. Should I need repairs in the future, I won't hesitate to go back and I will recommend Jerry's Chevrolet to my friends. More
