EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!!!!! I have lived in Leesburg, VA for 13 years and everyday passed by Jerry's Chevrolet. In my search for a car (used) is what I had in mind, I decided to I have lived in Leesburg, VA for 13 years and everyday passed by Jerry's Chevrolet. In my search for a car (used) is what I had in mind, I decided to stop by Jerry's one day on my way home. I walked in the door and was very politely welcomed by Joe Morris. Joe proceeded to listen to my request and accommodated it very well. In this visit I met the manager, Colin Lamb, who also welcomed me to Jerry's. That visit was so nice and rewarding. Joe took care of every request I had and everytime did it without any pressure. I walked away that day without buying a car because I wanted to think about everything. The key that made the difference is that Joe stayed in touch with me and with no pressure at all he exuded on every call and text a warm and caring persistance in making sure I was comfortable and got the car I wanted. This to me is what made the difference in buying a NEW car from Jerry's. Joe cared about me and what I wanted. I promise you that you will NOT find a better dealer than Jerry's Chevrolet in Leesburg, VA. Please go there and ask for Joe Morris!!!!! Also, the other two people I met and were very nice and helpful to me was Ben Kelly and Silvana Hamdon. They too took very good care of my needs. The experience of car searching can be a very stressful time due to the fact a lot of dealers pressure you and get upset with you when you don't purchase a car from them. I never felt this way about Joe and the staff at Jerry's in Leesburg. The fact that they went out of their way to find me the EXACT car I wanted from the exterior color, interior color, cylinders, and of course BEST PRICE on a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox LT was well beyond my expectations! I walked away knowing I got the best deal. Truly working with Joe and the staff exceeded ALL MY EXPECTATIONS! I will definitely buy there again. Thank you Joe and the Family at Jerry's in Leesburg for a wonderful experience! I LOVE my FIRST NEW Car! More

Chris is a terrific service rep...he knows what needs to be done and when it needs to be done...in fact Chris takes his wife car to the same place he works which says a lot about the service! When it came time to pay the bill, Annette was all smiles and easy to work with...when it comes to parting with my money it's always helpful to have a friendly personality with southern charm on the other side of the counter. I've never been a big proponent of dealership vehicle maintenance but Chris and Annette are changing my mind with every visit...Jerry's is fortunate to have them both! More
