He was pleasant, curtious and never "pushy", We will return to him for our next new or used vehicle and have already told family & friends about Jerry's in general and to ask for Tracey. Colin was very pleasant as well, he helped work the deal for our financing and got us exactly the payment we told him we wanted. He too was never "pushy". Eddie was fast, friendly and very efficient in processing our paperwork. He explained everything in detail and had us on our way in no time. Excellent experience all around! Thank you! More

I needed a car and they took my info aver the phone. Later, I showed up and they had the cars ready that I qualified to buy. Let me add that I have some credit issues and I had to trade a car that no equity. Still, They made the car buying quick and friendly. I was in and out in just over and hour! Now I tell you, that is service! The only complaint I could have, is that the dealership as a whole is in need of some sprucing up i.e. waiting room, bathroom, and such. Thanks to the team at Jerry's Chevrolet. More

I was just 10 days out of my Chapter 7, and they got me a deal so good I will not have to refinance in the future. Go visit Jerry's Chevy and you too will be smiling ear to ear on your way back home. I guarantee it. They got me a deal that others couldn't, and it was the car I wanted not just something in the lot I was only qualified for. More

Bad customer attention I have schedule an appointment for my 2010 Chevy Equinox, even an associate called me yesterday to confirm it. I took a work day off to take my car this morning and all of the sudden Chris Gearity let me know that he was short of staff (somebody did not show up today or so) and he said that I need to wait at least 1.5 hs to start working on my car, he even did not find my appointment in the system. He was rude and kind of disrespectful at me, I explained him my circumstance and he just did not care at all. Very disappointed. Poor customer service, no options and bad attitude. Not recommend this dealer at all. More

First New Car for an old fellow My wife and I went to Jerry's to look for a new car for me. I've never bought a new car in my 67 years, so it was a new experience for us. Pat McCarter was just the ideal person to deal with: helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, not trying to push something on us. My first car was a 1965 Malibu (SS), slightly used, that I drove for 17 years. So, I bought a new Malibu. Pat and the whole team behind him were great. They made the experience a pleasure.
