Bottom Line: Lack of Integrity. As a loyal Ford customer, I would encourage you to go elsewhere. The only reason I am giving two stars is due to one of the Sales Manager, Steve. Steve worked very hard to rebuild the disaster that the other Sales Manager, Tony made. To sum this up in as few words as possible, this was by far the worst experience I have had with any dealership and as a consumer. I made an agreement with Tony (Sales Manager) who informed me that he would personally drive the new vehicle and respective paperwork to my house that evening due to early closures and other complications stemmed from COVID-19. Later that evening, I did not hear back from Tony or anyone else at the dealership so I reached out to try and figure out what is going on. After multiple calls, emails and a couple hours later, no response. The next day, no one reached out to me to address the problem so I proceeded to call and request answers. After speaking to Bill, the GM, Tony and the salesperson Ramon, incorrectly accounted for the wrong Ford rebates. Instead of calling or emailing me and informing me of this mistake, the entire staff led me on to believe that the deal was still on and that they would arrive that evening with the vehicle and paperwork. The dealership even ran my wife’s credit and sent us an email saying congratulations and thank you for your purchase from Jerry’s Ford. Even after the mistake was identified the next day, the dealership refused to match the previous days quote in good faith. With the quote and deal aside, the behavior and lack of integrity is appalling. This matter will be reported to Ford Corporate. More

This dealership continues to send me notifications even though I have never purchased a car there. Despite phone calls, they continue to contact the wrong person. They wrote down the wrong email and have been sending me notices ever since. I have spoken with the service manager, who has not corrected the problem in nearly a year. Because of their inattention to detail, I know the name, address, and phone number of the actual customer, as well as the VIN number of their vehicle. I will not divulge any of their private information, but the dealership has. I live in another state, hundreds of miles from the dealer, but even if I lived nearby, I would not use this dealership.
