I had a sense this may be the culture of this group here, and the service to my wife’s Ford EchoSport confirmed this. There is a Ford service center less than 2 miles from my home that both my wife and daughter had terrible service. The 10 mile drive to Jerry’s is worth it! More

I just purchased my third car from the team at Jerrys Ford of Leesburg, VA. This team is tremendous. They exceeded all expectations and requests that I made of them. The car arrived 1 week later (it was elsewhere in the country) in the exact spec, with the exact financial terms that I stated, and the process of in & out of the dealership was less than 30 minutes. OK maybe 60 minutes but thats because I wanted to chat about cars and trucks. This team is second to none and I am fortunate that I do not live closer or else I'd be in financial ruin (on my own accord). Thank you very much to Cam, Izzy, Finance Team and all others involved.
