I had my car serviced before the 3 yr warranty expired. Last month my inspection failed because my headlight was not working. Now that I'm out of the manufacturer's warranty, I am 2K out of pocket for their misdiagnosis. We took our 2020 Ford Explorer for an annual safety inspection. We were treated VERY kindly and it did not take a long time.
